Beautiful boutique for this high end luxury brand. Easily accessible from parking garage or valet on street. Store has a security guard at the entrance to limit number of people in the store at any one time. I’m sure this is annoying if you have to wait but it does create an ambiance in the store of a relaxed, uncluttered shopping experience. Other reviews have mixed commentary about the staff. When I went I had interacted with two sales people and both were very professional and courteous. There was supply of the product I was looking for and I was able to walk out with a beautifully wrapped purchase. All in all the experience was what you’d expect from Hermes … very high end.

I walked in on a Friday, with no appointment, and was met by the Store Director Jeremy. He was very friendly and immediately introduced me to Brandon, one of the boutique's Sales Associates. Brandon spent a significant amount of time with me explaining the brand, the heritage and craftmanship that went into every single piece they offer. I had a list of pieces my wife was interested in, and after a short period, was able to locate several of these pieces in store and online. Brandon cautioned me about sizing being slightly different than other designer houses due to the handmade qualities of their pieces so I decided to bring my wife in the next day to try on sizes and Brandon fit me into his schedule again with no appointment. My wife was able to try many pieces on and made her first Hermes purchase. For the experience, the patience, and the smile on my wife's face, I thank Brandon. His professional demeanor, time spent, and ability to make my wife and my experience pleasant are true benchmarks for luxury boutique service. I can easily recommend shopping at this boutique and more so, easily recommend Brandon as your Sales Associate. My kudos to Jeremy as well for operating such an extraordinary boutique!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, ready to make a quick purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted and was prepared to pay immediately. However, as I approached the door, the staff member rudely closed it right in my face. When I explained that I had driven 40 minutes to get there and couldn’t return the next day because it would be Shabbat, he simply told me, “This is your problem,” and refused to let me in.so I told him that it’s show on google the store open until 6:00 and he say it’s not matter we DECIDE when we want to close even if it’s will be at 5pm.

Feeling frustrated, I went to another nearby store instead to Dior.The staff there were amazing, and the experience was truly exceptional. I ended up purchasing a different pair of shoes, and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. It was such a contrast to what I experienced at your store.

What I think made the situation at your store even worse was the feeling that I was being treated this way solely because I am Jewish. The entire experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I’ve shopped at your store many times before, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I urge others to think twice before shopping here. Respect and decency should come before anything else.

Poor customer service, unfriendly, pretentious staff. I came in to purchase, had to look and ask for someone to help me so I could try on some jewelry. The employee ordered what I wanted online since they did not have it in stock, and come to find out, she ordered the completely wrong item and size. Thankfully they have a great return policy, but I will never return to this store again. The only nice workers there were the security guards. Such a shame. Do better.

I have been at the store multiple times, always nice service, but today I got treated horribly by a sales person. I was picking a bracelet my husband got for me, I had the invoice and she said she could not give it to me. All that she had to do was to ask for my ID to see that I was indeed Mrs. Webster, the name of my husband was on the invoice. I guess with my Latin accent she didn’t believe I was actually Mrs. Webster. Had to call my husband that was busy at work, to search for the order, contact costumer service, and authorize his wife to pick it up. She made me feel awful and discriminated.

Came here to buy a tie and was very disappointed with the rudeness and lack of professionalism from the staff. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed assistance, and when I approached the counter to pay the employees couldn’t be bothered to put their phone down to complete my purchase until I cleared my throat at which time I was finally deemed worthy of their attention. I’ve never seen this level of disrespect from the other Hermès locations and I honestly regret giving this location my business due to the unsatisfactory staff. Love the tie though.

I was initially going to give the review 1 stars but Daphne is amazing and I would recommend her anytime you shop here. The reason why my review is so low due to the rude salesman by the name of Brandon Bentley. He has a very nasty demeanor. I purchased a birthday gift a week ago. My friend wanted to exchange for something else. I texted Brandon because he was the person who originally helped me. I told him the situation and he told me that he would order the bracelet from another store and the remaining balance would be added to my account. He never said to come into the store and return, get a credit, and then he would order. I’ve ordered from several stores before where the sales associate that I’ve worked with has placed the replacement order and when it was in and I then would go return and exchange my item I literally did that at Saint Laurent last week. Today I texted Brandon to follow up to see if the order had been placed. He called me after my text and was very rude and nasty. He proceeded to tell me that he texted me to tell me to return the items and then he would order. I read his text back to him verbatim where he then proceeded to call me a liar, tell me I obviously can’t read or comprehend what he texted me, and then said I was dumb for not understanding his text. I’ve attached the text to this review to show he never once told me that. None the less he is very rude and after the experience with him I will never shop here again. Daphne was amazing but the customer service here doesn’t match the price of the items.
