Great location and comfortable beds! The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and good water pressure. The shower also holds in all the water very well so your feet aren't drenched later. The staff was welcoming and had cookies for when we arrived. The light from the window is blocked fully by shades. Extremely nice and well maintained hotel. Didn't use the gym, but it looked nice! The only thing would be the pillows could be a little more firm. Costco is right across the street for a quick dinner.

Pet friendly and new! The entire building is in great shape, modern and clean. Our room was quiet and spacious and the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was very good and their workout equipment and gym was modern and clean. One of the nicest HIEโ€™s weโ€™ve stayed at.

We stayed for 7 days and had a great experience. We brought our toddler with us and the staff was always so kind to him. The room was great, clean, modern, and the motorized shades were awesome. The blackout were truly blackout. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. The ONLY thing I would change would be to possibly have room cleaned before naptime/lunchtime. But I completely understand that just isn't a regular request. Bed was super comfortable. I never felt super boxed in when we were in the room. Great location.

Love the fact there was on-site laundry. Overall would highly recommend.

An easy five stars for several reasons. To start with, this hotel offers free electric vehicle charging. That by itself is up to a $40 value. Plus, driving along highway 101, electric vehicle charging is at a premium .

Rooms are very comfortable and staff very friendly. Good breakfast, immaculately clean reception area, and some good cold water with lemons.

Fairly new building. Room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc. Itโ€™s not fine dining, but more than adequate with a decent variety of things to choose from. Sound insulation from adjacent guest rooms is acceptable but not completely isolated. I could hear toilets flushing but not at a level that would keep you awake, so not really a deal breaker but somewhat surprising considering itโ€™s a newer building. The neighborhood itself is quiet with a Costco conveniently located across the street.

Great room, clean and restful. Breakfasts are awesome and hot. Easy access to the hotel from the freeway and nearby stores. Stayed 3 nights to spend some time with the grandkids. Other than the rain the stay was very nice.

The place is very convenient. The foods are great except for pancake maker. I did not enjoy it. The pancake came out flat and dry. TV is great but should no longer be cable and the channels are limited. It's a SMART TV generation now. People watch everything now in Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime etc.

This is our current go-to choice in Ukiah. That being said, a lot of what makes this hotel decent is simply that it's pretty new. Everything still works, the carpets are in good shape, there's no real sign of wear and tear. But it has some annoyances that are going to get worse. For example, none of the rooms are level. This results in either the bathroom door and/or the shower doors sliding around.
They switched to using pump soap/shampoo bottles bolted to the wall, but no one cleans the pumps between occupants - so they clog and get annoying to use.
The walls are also *really* thin. So you can hear people talking next door, your upstairs neighbor moving around, and even people walking by in the hallway.

Other things.
The bathroom door is awkwardly situated with respect to the room door. If you leave the bathroom door open too far you can't open the room door. But you have to leave the bathroom door open after a shower because there isn't a fan. They should probably have installed the doors to face the opposite direction.
They switched to pump bottle soap and shampoo, which is fine, but they bolted the hand soap to a wall in a location that kids can't reach. So now short kids (and probably some short adults) can't wash their hands without help.
There are so many switches in these rooms. It's really frustrating to figure out which ones control which lights or outlets. Someone involved in the design of this hotel was getting kickbacks from whoever made those switches.
Heaven help you if you need room service. There don't appear to be enough employees to handle requests like extra towels in a timely manner. They will stock the room with 2 sets of towels no matter how many are on your reservation. Most of the hotels do this, not unique to this one. Ask for more towels when you check in if you need them. I wish they'd ask when you do check in, especially if it's obvious that there are more than two of you.

All of these are fairly (?) minor complaints, worst of which is probably the thin walls. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the free breakfast is actually pretty good. It's conveniently located and the employees we've met so far have been both competent and friendly. It'll be interesting to see how this place holds up over time, as it becomes more common to need repairs.
