I visited this shop a few times. I was really surprised how extremely nice and helpful people are working there. I met the owner Marika. She is very positive, helpful and it was fun to talk to! The Home Town is a very stylish and cute shop with the whole experience of memorable shopping for everybody, especially foreign tourists—the best smell, nice music, the collection of carefully chosen quality items and brands from over the World, and the total feel of a small home town on a Pacific Coast. This shop is one of the best Home boutiques worldwide I've been visiting! Great job guys! I will come back with my friends!

There are a lot of fun stores on Main Street in HMB but this one stands out! The selection of merchandise is different than what every other shop carries and the owner and staff are 100% invested in helping you find what you need. I love coming here! Even just to get ideas for home design. Make the stop! You won’t regret it!

I recently visited Hometown Mercantile and was quite disappointed with the service. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted, and the woman behind the counter didn't offer any assistance. One of the reasons I choose to shop at small businesses is for the personal interaction and customer service. Unfortunately, this visit lacked both, and I left without making any purchases. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
