Check in-out quick and easy. Friendly staff, perhaps though an audible signal to the rear office to alert that someone reached the counter. Kitchen had a table, chairs and large sized fridge! TVs had nice programmed stations to watch good oldie 80’s movies and newer shows. Bathroom spacious for shower/toilet with separate room for counter space/sink with the closet next to it. Observed business center, nice sized fitness center, indoor pool facility and laundromat with working washer/dryers. Snack/drink bar next to lobby front desk, plus observed free treats for small and large dogs.

Positive: Staff, hotel, price...all good, but the desk chair in the room was extremely worn and rickety. Otherwise all else in room great. Negative: The free breakfast had a variety of options but honestly not that appetizing. If you want more specifics I'm happy to give you specifics. Bread, cereal, and coffee were good. Much was in the "instant" category and looked and tasted like it.

Great location for when I visit my business headquarters. The hotel is newer, clean, and always comfortable. Hot coffee 24 hours, and ceiling fans above the bed (AMAZING!). Only complaint after multiple stays is the cheap, thin toilet paper. I always go buy my own. I know inflation is off the charts, but this is a sad way to cut costs.

Weird out of the way location. Rooms look nice but our tub did not work. The maintenance staff was not on duty. The gentleman who tried to help was very nice. There were odors in the room that made my eyes burn and we were not refunded our money.

Wonderful!

This is a newer property with beautiful clean rooms, including a full size refrigerator, and functioning kitchenette.The King size room comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests and includes a daily breakfast bar. This property has all the modern amenities you would expect in an upscale hotel at a better than expected price point. The property is located within an industrial area with shopping (Target, Grocery Store, DSW etc) just around the corner. The hotel is well staffed, clean, safe and quiet. I was so relieved when I pulled into the parking lot and walked into a beautiful and welcoming lobby with friendly front desk personnel. 10/10.

The hotel was difficult to find even with GPS, but the accommodations more than made up for it. We stayed in a handicapped-accessible room, but it didn't feel like one. Having a suite for the price was very reasonable. The staff gave outstanding service and were helpful.

The room is like an apartment, very big with a full kitchen included. It did however smell very strongly like Febreze or something similar, probably to mask some other smell. Reception friendliness depends heavily on who is working.

I booked the hotel online and got quoted a rate of $160/night. When I got my bill the rate was jacked up to $240/night. I called customer service, and they contacted the hotel and they said the manager couldn't change the rate.| So they did a bait and switch and then said they couldn't fix it which is BS. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.|Also, the free breakfast wasn't worth the price. And the staff was not friendly just bored.
