This was the worst treatment ive ever had at Hallmark, any mall, or any place I've went to look at potential Christmas gifts. I am so offended. I was asked to leave by this gentleman, and he said the reason was because I was touching to much stuff and he is too busy to watch me. I have 5 kids of course I am going to pick up potential gifts for my children or how could I tell how durable or fun anything is. Seriously who goes into Hallmark with out looking at all the cool knick knacks and gadgets? Like no I'm not the most traditional or domestic looking person. But when did having hair curlers in your hair make u a thief. I will make sure that all my family and friends know how I was treated and refuse to spend any money thru this place.

This Hallmark store has been one of my favorites since I don't make it downtown to the 5th Avenue Mall all that much anymore. I visited this store in the Midtown Mall yesterday, since I had to visit GCI which is right next to it. There was a lot of excitement with kids in line to visit the "Haunted House" just across the way. I was looking for single Thanksgiving Day cards and when I didn't see them in the "Fall Holidays" section of the greeting cards, I figured I may be looking for them too soon, and headed for the door to leave. A gentleman (should have gotten his name) asked me if I didn't find what I was looking for. (Wow! 😉 So, how cool is that?) When I told him, he immediately showed me the section(s) which were on the next aisle. Total DUH, on my part. I had the day from hell yesterday, so I was very tired and HANGRY. Thank you, Hops Hallmark in the Midtown Mall, for being there for me. I found some cards that I could NOT find anywhere else, and I will be more than happy to send them out this year for Thanksgiving.

I purchased an item in December 2021, in May there was a manufacturer’s defect . I had forgotten to send of the warranty for the electronic item, I reached out to the manufacturer and ask how I could repair it , he advised me to take it back to the store that I bought it. I told him that I also forgot to do the warranty. I took it back to Hops Hallmark in the midtown mall and the manager/owner said “ why didn’t you bring it back for an exchange?” I said well it was past 30 days and didn’t think I could Bring it back, I wanted to repair it. He showed my an assortment and told me I could exchange it for a new one . This is truly amazing customer service the best ever. If only there was 10 stars ! Thank you very much for your kindness and integrity! Consider me a lifetime patron in your store! CHEERS!!

Both times I’ve called employees have been very rude. I went in to pick up an ornament today and in the middle of a mask mandate none of the employees were wearing masks.
