Treats employees terrible. My best friend worked here for 7 years and absolutely loved her job and worked the best she could despite her disabilities. Her management and coworkers were made aware of her conditions and limits yet did not accommodate to her needs which is weird considering this place is literally horse therapy but back to the point.. she was treated terribly by them when she was let go- she wasn’t even given a legitimate reason and to this day she is still heartbroken that the workers and management turned on her for her disabilities. 0/10 would not recommend this place to anyone because if they can’t even treat an employee with respect I can’t even imagine how awful they would be towards the public.

As a volunteer for 2 yrs+ I get to observe and learn-so much about the magnificent horses that serve us humans in countless ways
Care, compassion, competency , humor, vast experience and knowledge of horses are just a few of the words I would use in referring to the Riding Instructor/ Operations Director of HHH. Her teaching style embraces patience, encouragement, kindness and clear directions with concern for both students and horses.
This passion for her work embraces attention to the environment as well and the surroundings outside and inside add to the inviting ambiance of HHH and VETS programs. Her attention to detail for the well being of the horses and the humans involved (in every capacity), gives me a sense that the healing power of these programs are her top priority.
