Moreover, it's noted for handling quick visits efficiently, which is a plus for busy individuals.

I visited Hudson Nonstop at 8:32 PM after a long trip, hoping to grab a quick snack. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the extremely unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. This employee was yelling at customers, including me, for no clear reason. Her treatment of customers was unacceptable rude, disrespectful, and lacking basic manners. As someone in a front-line customer service role, she should be guiding and assisting customers, not acting as though she’s stressed and unable to handle her responsibilities. If this job is too overwhelming for her, perhaps she should consider a position better suited to her temperament. I ultimately decided not to make a purchase and won’t be returning to this location. This level of service reflects poorly on the training and management of this store. I posted a photo of this staff member as I was rushing to board my plane. I hope someone can recognize her and address this issue.

Charged for a soda my daughter picked up that we then returned. No way to dispute this charge. Avoid this place.

I was charged for an item I didn't buy. I only picked up 2 items in there, and was charged for 3 - I didn't even pick one up & replace it. I mean if you're going to install the tech at least make it work.

But I couldn't do anything at the time because I got my receipt after my plane took off

This Hudson has 'Amazon technology' which means that there's no cash register. You have to use a credit or debit card to get in - a physical card, Apple or Google Pay won't work.

Then, you just grab whatever you want and leave. And you'll just have to trust that all the cameras will add up correctly what you took. There's no receipt unless you have an Amazon card.

It might be cutting edge technology, if it works. And reading the other reviews here, it doesn't.

One Word, THEFT. The concept looks cool and convenient, except that they don’t let you know that what you PHYSICALLY TOUCH IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD regardless if you put it back or not. I was charged $31.31 for a bottle of orange juice and a bag of hot Cheetos. Unacceptable business practice. Do not go there

My daughter bought a sandwich from this store at LA airport and was charged an additional item that she didn’t buy. It looks like the clerk there knows how to play the wireless charge, and as my daughter exit the store he knew how to add this item on my Amex card. People know how to find the opportunity to steal and cheat if you do not pay attention. This technology seems futuristic and my daughter was excited to try it, but the technology will offer the easiest way for people to steal you without knowing or finding who did this. I will not buy from that store again ever or from other stores that use this technology. I have the receipt to prove this. And I will make sure that other people know this, so they are not cheated as my daughter was.

There's nothing like a feeling of being accused of something you haven't done. If I want to buy something I will buy it can't keep me from looking at it without giving my credit card? This technology that they're using is borderline definition of character. I'm not giving my credit card to walk into a store.

Do not use this. I was charged for an additional item that I did not purchase. There was another person in there that grabbed chips. Idk how the system knows which card to charge if there are multiple people in there at once. We got the receipt emailed and realized we were charged for chips that we never got.
