We've had our Maytag washer top loader for a few months now and I love it. I don't use fabric softner just while vinegar and I run it through a clean cycle every once in a while. Yes, it is loud but our laundry room.in on our patio. . Took a while to learn how to.use it and it was frustrating but I stuck it out. Now I love it!!

I'm 99% do it yourself on almost everything. But our electric dryer was misbehaving and it had me wondering. I had ordered a part on Amazon and it was incorrect. Time was of the essence so I checked to see if Husted had the part. They didn't but ordered it. It arrived timely. I picked it up but it turned our that while I was going to install it I discovered the actual problem. But in this scenario I had a couple of discussions with Rick about what might be the problem. He spent a fair amount of time giving me some diagnostic tips and tricks. He was helpful to the point I thought he deserved a big thumbs up. Thanks Rick! The dryer is runing like new and my wife is very happy!

Our washer was still under warranty so we were directed to Husted appliance to get our washer fixed. Tom was very nice to come out to inspect the washer and stated that he needed to order a part to fix it. This was on Sept 30th and today is Nov 30th. Since then I’ve called the store 4x and no one has called me back to tell me the status of the part or what’s going on. I am very disappointed in their customer service and their lack of professionalism.

The gentlemen of Husted Maytag Home Appliance Center have been more than reliable in repairing our stack-able washer and dryer. They are honest and reasonable regarding time for repairs, parts, and costs. Helpful beyond words. We purchased a new dishwasher from them four years ago and the price was right. They installed it for us and it has never failed us. I look forward to working with Husted for many years to come.

Rick came out to service a refrigerator and was helpful during the visit. However he said he'd be back to finish with ice maker, and has not returned or called back. I have called 4-5x and left messages. Nobody answers or seems to care about finishing a job that they started.

The repair person was honest and very reasonably priced. We had a problem with our dryer that was hard to diagnose. He was very knowledgeable and explained the steps he was taking. Then, rather than just try parts or charge for a full service visit, he charged a minimal fee and suggested we run a few more specific test loads. We did that and discovered the problem was only that we had done some very large washes, and hadn't spun them enough before putting them in the dryer! We were grateful he went out of his way to treat us fairly.

Tom is so incredibly helpful. We purchased a washing machine and then I started having problems with it almost two years later. Tom worked on it two or the times and finally replaced it with a brand new washer for a hugely reduced price. Such a positive experience. I highly recommend this business!

I've had 2 washers/dryers and 2 ranges installed by Husted's over the past 20 years and always delighted with their service. They match the lowest price on Amana, Kitchenaid, Maytag, Whirlpool. Bottom line: I trust them
