Underground parking for $20/night (self). It’s in a convenient area with lots of shops/big stores nearly. Hotel is new and the room was very nice, downstairs restaurant was understandably average (little light on service). Good gym and a great pool deck. If you’re in town for business or making a stop on your way north or south, this definitely works. Globalist: we were greeted in arrival, received no upgrade despite rooms being available, entree and drink at breakfast.

This is a striking and out of the box hotel experience! I have stayed at multiple Hyatt property types - but wow!!! This one really impressed me with the ambiance and charm. I sought an ADA room (with a tub so hard to get these days) and the design was exceptional. Rooms were so clean - downsides were only that staff were not able to communicate with us. If we needed someone (one or two occasions) we had to go through app or downstairs. No biggie. Great location and the restaurant was actually GOOD!

I attended an event at this hotel and was impressed by the level of detail and care the management took in taking care of their customers especially with a 400 person event going onsite.. We were even able to get food after just missing the cut off time that evening. The amenities and style of the hotel is comfortable and modern. If you need something the staff is always available. The location is convenient to a lot of other shops in the area and if you have a dog; a park is located right next door. I look forward to my next visit at the Hyatt Centric in Mountain View with my friends or family. I may live in town but it’s also the perfect staycation. Thank you for your hospitality, comfort, exceptional service and friendliness. We will be back.

In A Nutshell:

-The Hyatt Centric here is very nice.
-My stay was superb, from being able to get into my room earlier than expected, to the always friendly staff & the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
-The room on the top floor (6th floor) I stayed in was immaculate.
-It had very high ceilings, good black out shades & really nice large bathroom shower.
-The gym was very nice to use as everything was spaced out pretty well & had a lot of equipment to use.
-The location has everything you need nearby from hot yoga to Trader Joes to delicious pizza.

Overall, I highly recommend staying at this Hyatt, it has everything you need, it's quiet, secure & in a really great location.

As someone who frequents 5 Star hotels; this hotel genuinely feels 5 Star. Very clean spacious rooms, friendly and professional service. Great cocktails and delicious food plus other amenities like a complete gym and tanning deck/pool. Great management

Stay at your own risk…if you have a room facing the sun be prepared for your room to be scorching hot regardless if you AC is on or not. If you like quietness in your room..good luck as the walls and ceilings are paper thin. I was woken one morning at 0600 to what sounded like someone wearing clogs pacing back and forth in their room above me. I was surprisingly shocked to find out that hotel quiet hours are from exactly 0600-2300. Very unique quiet hours by the way, but I digress. To add to the foot pounding above me I was lucky enough to be included in my above neighbors conversation as well. Again if you are looking for a nice comfortable quiet stay…I would choose another establishment.

Room suite was great. Location was great! Staff nice! I will be staying there again! The suite had everything we needed. The shower area we really liked. The room was very spacious and comfortable to move around in. Very nice view of the city.

We've stayed at several hotels near Stanford campus, but Hyatt Centric in Mountain View is definitely our favorite. The location is great (walking distance to many good restaurants and food options, including Mendocino Farms, Crumbl Cookies, Chef Chu's and Slice House pizza), and the hotel feels new and modern yet comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rates are reasonable. And the food at Fairchilds is great, with lots of yummy options for breakfast. And the pool and jacuzzi were a great way for us to relax after the drive from LA. Highly recommended!
