IHerb has consistently delivered my supplements right to my door earlier than promised. I have stopped buying them from Amazon whenever possible because this store is reliable, and I prefer to support smaller (than Amazon) companies.

I'm so disappointed in the manner my order arrived. The packaging was not appropriate for shipping glass bottles. One of my bottles was missing the cap. It was so strange that neither the cap or seal was in the plastic bag. Additionally, a seal fell completely off one of the bottles as I was taking it from the bag (that looked like a waste basket liner) and to discover that cap was cracked. I poured the liquid context down the kitchen drain. There is no phone number to call customer service. You have to either email or message iHerb via a chatbot. Unbelievable, two bottles of me money wasted just upon receiving my package. This is my first time ordering this product from this company. I will pay a little more and continue ordering from who I usually order from.

I applied 3 times before I could get an interview, at my interview I was told I didnt qualify for the position but that they would call me later for another position. When I went to orientation the instructor(JESSICA) discriminated me from the start because I told her my eyes are sensitive to light so I have prescribed shades an glasses even an eye patch.. she said I had to leave an come an redue my orientation the following day an I need to have my eye patch.. I never received the call to orientation I was denied an she said her boss an the HR were going to contact me.. I came for a job not to be discriminated because my eyes are sensitive to light.. now id rather not work here at all thank you for not calling me back.. also if my eyes are sensitive to light. Why do i need an eye patch? Its both eyes. I figured it was common sense i guess not.

Excellent product lines, great prices, great service and exceptional shipping!! I have been using iHerb for a while now and have had an excellent experience every time. They carry many of the brands I love and the trial offers are a great way to get to sample something first. I would (and do) choose iHerb over Amazon anyday and their shipping is outstanding. I get my orders in advance of the estimated day(s) most of the time and I really appreciate that turnaround. I recommend them and have sent many friends their way because of my experience.

I can now say, I have had the same awesome and excellent service and experience from iHerb and all the staff here, and it's great to know I can count on that consistently great experience years later. If I could only give you more than 5 stars. Ya'll still rock!!

iHerb offers fast efficient service to anywhere in the world. I've always had excellent service. Recently, when my country would not permit my order through customs, the iHerb client service team where super helpful and patient with me. I've been using iHerb for years. Someone threw a box on my walkway (I heard it thud) and the box was dripping dark liquid (iron) before I noticed. The item was smashed. There was NO packaging material beside a thin layer of wrap around box. It's a glass item! I called customer service, but they discontinued that! Chat only. The rep was cold and uncaring. The product stained my things! Creepy company. Who ships items without proper packaging? This happened with them once before but I thought it was an isolated accident. Now it's a pattern. Goodbye!

absolutely horrible customer service. spent more than 2 hours chatting for an order that was sent damaged/defective for unsealed pretzels. they got them from the manufacturer like that and then sent them to me instead of the manufacture for quality issues. i was told i had to what 48 hours to be contacted no one did. there is no way to talk to a human being at iherb. i had to take pictures 2x. they should have credited me and sent a shipping carrier to pick these up so they can see them and take there own pictures. no wonder they had a sale they were trying to get rid of these! i will never ever shop at iherb ever again. i asked to speak to a manger 3x and still was not given one. i was told to take more pics and wait another 48 hours. i wish i never placed this order! the box was also half empty with only two sheets of fill paper the products were not secure.
