Ally and Holly were amazing! We worked with them for our wedding in September 2024. They were very warm, friendly, and super responsive. It made the wedding planning process much easier for us. They were very professional and the whole process was very smooth, from the initial consultation to the delivery and set up of the florals. We really loved their floral arrangements - we gave them examples of what kind of vision we had, and they did a phenomenal job of bringing it to life! Imaginations Florals & More by Ally was incredible to work with! I only needed my bridal bouquet, as I was DIYing the remaining florals, but I was blown away by the bouquet they presented me with. I was also pleasantly surprised that they do not tack on a ridiculous “wedding tax” for their wedding florals. It was affordable, but did not skimp on quality! The team was super responsive and nailed my inspo pics perfectly. I would recommend them over and over!

We stopped in to get a bouquet for my mother, and the experience was wonderful! Our florist was very kind and patient with us and helped craft the perfect bouquet! The service is excellent and the arrangements are beautiful. I definitely recommend stopping by Ally’s for flowers!

Imaginations Florals and More by Ally did an awesome job with my 30th anniversary rose bouquet for my wife. They delivered it on time and in perfect condition to the resort we were staying in. The flowers were waiting for us in the dining room and my wife was completely awe struck. No one could stop admiring the beautiful flower arrangement. Kim and Alyssa at Imaginations took complete care of us for our wedding day flowers (5/20/23). They took time to understand our vision by meeting with us in person and virtually multiple times and really listening to help shape a coherent look. They drafted ideas and helped us to understand what options existed for our venue specifically, as they had been there previously. They were realistic and up front about costs of different options and were very respectful of our budget, providing many different ways to have a look and increase or decrease the cost of each aspect depending on our priorities and preferred flowers. They were very communicative while working on the arrangements. We learned about the intricacies of keeping hydrangeas hydrated, and really appreciated the level of effort put in to make more challenging concepts a reality. On our big day, they were prompt in delivering flowers to bridesmaids and groomsmen, setting up all of our decorations (including separately purchased candles and rustic decor) and worked well with our venue. 100% would recommend excellent quality with any budget.

Horrible! Had me in tears on my wedding day... Horrible product and customer service! BRIDES STAY FAR AWAY!
My bridal bouquet was picked up the morning of my wedding... The flowers Ally and I had agreed upon was a very simple bouquet with 18 full white roses. What I got was a bouquet of tightly almost CLOSED GREENish white roses. They didn't appear to be "ripe", for a lack of better words. When I called to ask how we could fix this they simply told me there was nothing they would do THE DAY OF my wedding. If they would have just been up front from the start that they could not provide the white roses I would have simply picked other flower. The call with the florist was rude and inconsiderate. They did not seem to care they had given me a bouquet that looked NOTHING like the picture we had agreed on, much less that I was in tears on my wedding day. My makeup artist and family attempted to fix the bouquet and open the flowers... they were unable to salvage them... I had a dream to preserve my bouquet... That unfortunately did not happen for me. BRIDES STAY AWAY!
