The guys in the warehouse are polite and helpful. The lady at the checkout desk needs to smile and be a little more friendly. She needs to act like she likes working there.

Totally unreliable and do not care about you or your business.

ordered some steel a week prior to the job I had to do in Tucson, on the day we were supposed to get the material I got a call saying that they didn't know where to deliver my material. On my invoice it was clearly stated that it was to be delivered to Tucson but they were going to send it to Phoenix. I got the delivery address straightened out and they said that I would still get it the same day. At 1pm I called again and they said they had to locate the material and they would call me back. They called me back about 10 minutes later and said that the material was in Nogales and I would not get it until the next day. This particular job was setback and I lost money and wasted labor because they dropped the ball on a simple order. I will have to be desperate to use this company again for steel. Totally unreliable and then they do not care about it after making the mistake. At least they got paid on time. But I would not recommend this place if you are on a deadline or want reliable service.

First time here to pick up some material for two projects I was working on. What a great place. It was like being a kid in a candy store. There remnant section is huge. Caesar was awesome to work with helped me get exactly what I was looking for. My very small order was handled professionally. I will be back again. One thing to note... Make sure to park in one of the "will call" spots. This way when your order is ready they bring it out and help you load it. Awesome service.

We own a winery business and have a wide range of materials we need to repair and enhance equipment for both our production operations and the tasting venue. The staff here are very helpful and offer advice on material selection and sizing to meet our design needs. We just picked up some heavy steel channel to make supports for our fermenters and the crew there helped cut and load the materials for us to transport safely to the winery. The "remnants" area offers a wealth of odds and ends that can be used for many things, repairs or crafting and all at discount pricing. This is a good place for materials sourcing and we plan to use them for all our future needs.

They have everything you can imagine in their store that has to do with steel or aluminum or brass copper plastic. You have to go and pick up everything yourself and put it on a cart and then you have to take it up to the cashier. For me. That was difficult to do because the cart is heavy. I'm sure if you ask them they would go load it up. The cashier was friendly like always and I got everything I needed. I wouldn't hesitate for anyone to go and purchase from this company.

Absolutely a great place to find all different kinds of metals at all different shapes, sizes and thicknesses. They have a huge variety of metal. I was like a kid in a candy store there. If you do metal work or even hobby work, I'm sure they'll have what you need. The service there was great as well. All around I had a great experience and I will be back again for sure!
