Absolutely fantastic. Came in looking for a promise ring with a pretty limited budget, and I was worried it would be difficult to find something. But it wasn't, the owner helped me immensely. Pulled out everything within my budget really quickly. Also offered complementary free chocolates with the ring, which was greatly appreciated.

I'm beyond late for a much overdue review of this place. I can not say enough good things about Infinity Jewelers, but I'm going to try.

From Lisa asking me to stop in, to Heather's knowledge of the bands/stones/clarity, choosing the perfect ring for my future wife was so much easier than I anticipated. Their help and patience, as well as the owner Kevin being one of, if not one of the nicest people you will ever meet made the process seamless.

When I talked about what I was looking for in a ring, they had choices already prepared when I stopped by. Pieces of each were great, but I couldn't settle on just one. Problem? Solved immediately. We ended up combining 3 rings and it came out PERFECT.

But wait, a few days later, the week before our trip/the proposal, I found out I got the wrong size! Problem? Immediately solved. Called them up, brought it in, and it was resized to perfection within 2 days! Life savers.

I could not be more grateful for the team that helped me through the process, and that gave me one less thing to worry about when it came to such a big day in my life.

Not only are they amazing at understanding and executing what you’re looking for, but every single staff member there genuinely cares about making the process so easy and enjoyable. My fiancé has purchased diamond earrings, a necklace, and finally my engagement ring from Infinity and each piece has been more beautiful than the last. Had a great experience working with Kevin at Infinity Jewelers, who came highly recommended. As a guy that had to do a lot of homework on jewelry before this purchase I thought Kevin was very helpful explaining what I needed to be looking for. I am a long time customer of Infinity Jewelers and stopped in to see Kevin with a big task! Let’s just say he exceeded my expectations!! I went to have my anniversary stone put into my Hearts on Fire engagement ring , because it was so sentimental to me. The original jeweler( my husband purchased the ring from) told me it couldn’t me done; knowing Kevin and his expertise I refused to believe it until he said it was impossible, and I am so happy I did!!
