My son has been bugging me for a reptile, but with little experience I didn’t feel comfortable owning one. I called around to a few places no answers. However got a quick response back from one of the owners Morgan. She answered all my questions of which reptile would be great for a beginner. I had turtles growing up so that is something I felt more comfortable with. Once again she answered all my questions. She even welcomed us to there store and her husband Shawn answered more of my questions and even allowed Brody to hold a baby Sulcata tortoise!! I now feel comfortable owning a reptile of my own. So my son is saving up his chore money so he can buy his very first tortoise. We are so excited to welcome a reptile to our family. All thanks to innocent feeders and there quick response and very personable!

Such a wonderful mom and pop shop. Lots of varieties of reptiles and spiders. Staff is very friendly and informative. They care very much about each individual animal and always make sure they are going to a good home. Prices are very fair.

Love coming here! I just recently started and I will never go back to other places. They always have what I need and are super knowledgeable. I can ask questions and I don’t get “I don’t know “ like chain stores. They aren’t just workers theyre people who love what they do! I also love coming in and seeing the reptiles out and about. Plus I think it’s pretty cool that they involve their kiddos! ❤️

I've taken in a homeless gecko who was living in a rough neighborhood. I called this place today and spoke to the most wonderfully helpful person! They told me everything I'd need for my new friend! Told me about the classes they offer, to bring my kid to pet the animals, and gave me very detailed instructions on how to care for my nameless new roommate. As long as they're in business, they will have mine. They had everything I needed and were so friendly!

Everyone is always very helpful when I come in, always willing to offer advice on my diva dragon who changes taste like underwear and always have a variety of option to take home to my dragons. They are also very kid friendly and will let us see/touch different animals while visiting. This place is the best!!

Amazing place. I only ever had a bearded dragon before I went into this store. They have given me so much time to learn about everything I got a snake and frogs and geckos. Great stuff heartwarming and welcoming to everyone. Best place to learn and shop.

Let me start by saying I really wanted to like this place. It is very difficult to find live feeders in this area, with the other closest location 45+ minutes away. However, I will be switching back to buying frozen feeders from a different supplier after my visits at Innocent Feeders. I've been there a few times now (like I said, I wanted to like the place), with each experience worse than the one before. Every time I've been there the store has been run by children, with no adult in sight (last time one of the kids, after hanging up the phone, said ,"Yay mom and dad will be home soon"). I understand that it's a small business and that the owners have children, however not having an adult there at all is concerning for several reasons. First, the store is a serious mess. On my last visit I could barely open the door due to the mess. Additionally, half-eaten food has been laying out on every visit. During the last visit, one of the kids knocked over soda and no one cleaned it up or seemed concerned it was there. During that same visit, there was a clearly dead tarantula laying on the floor (some limbs broken off) and a box of worms had been spilled. One of the kids was actually trying to stab the worms with a pair of scissors. And while I do understand messes happen, I highly doubt anything was cleaned after the worm spill. Finally, feeders are not always available and the prices (while decent) are not great.
