The staff is always pleasant. Micheal was our order taker, and he was very well-mannered and pleasant with a great smile. The girls at the windows were very friendly and welcoming. We visit this store often when we're in Ukiah and we're always pleased.

If you like In N Out burgers you won't be disappointed. Food has always been good and you know what you're getting.
It's in a convenient location. It's right off 101 in front of Raleys supermarket. Where the old Fjords buffet was years ago. Nice to see the location finally being used again.
At the drive thru, they get you through pretty quickly drive. They do get busy at times but it doesn't take very long.
Better than most fast foods IMO.

This is the most consistently “mids” In -N -Out I’ve ever experienced. Burgers always look and taste steamed and fries are often cold and taste like spent frying oil. It can take a while. Everyone is super friendly, though.

In and Out is the only fast food that isn't charging outrageous prices. Why? Because they've always paid their workers a decent wage and the owner is not greedy. The minimum wage hike didn't affect them. This is a corporation that t has standeards and integrity. Too bad they aren't every 4 blocks like the golden arches or crown.

IN N OUT is always a great experience. No matter where we go and find an IN N OUT, the service and quality is consistent and the best of all burger restaurants. Each store is clean and the staff is courteous and makes your experience a great one. I like that the uniforms that the staff wear are neat and worn in an orderly manner, not like some of the other places. You don’t see weird hair cuts or colors, no tattoos and every employee looks the same in the uniform. I also notice that no one is too good to clean the dining room and take out the trash. And they do it with a smile. Great job IN N OUT!!! The others need to follow your example.
