A cookie was missing and my cookie was bitten off of. My food was left on the ground. The manager Mya did nothing to assist in the situation. I go into insomnia often and will no longer be a customer. This is disgusting and extremely unsanitary. Contaminated food is nothing to play with. Also the store doesn’t have a general manager at the moment. I will be reporting this location to the department of health. This store needs to be looked into

Insomnia Cookies is the real deal! I stopped in after a long day, and let me tell you, these cookies are fire. I got a half dozen—chocolate chip, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle—and they were warm, gooey, and fresh outta the oven. Spent around $12, which was so worth it for the quality and size of the cookies. They’ve also got ice cream, which I definitely need to try next time. The service was quick, and the place had a chill vibe. If you’re ever in the mood for late-night sweets, Insomnia Cookies is your spot, hands down.

I love these cookies, especially since it’s open up late/ or good for dessert. I got the classic double chunk chocolate cookie and on the app I got a free cookie so make sure you guys check the app for any free stuff! (If applicable)

Stopped by fairly late and was pleasantly surprised to see no line. The employee was kind and apologetic about being out of a couple types of cookies, which wasn’t a huge deal. The cookies were good too, not as good as crumbl but still alright. My problem was with the security guard. He kept staring at his phone not actually looking watching anyone, and when he finally looked up and saw there were a few more parties whom had joined the line he got up and demanded we all stand against the wall (yes, even my friend who was on crutches and had to block the entire entry way as we were waiting for the last member of our group to order his cookies). Security guard promptly went back to his phone.

Warm cookies and they are open late! What more could you ask for? The workers were nice. No place to sit so just get your cookies and enjoy them somewhere else.
