Convinced me I needed a new battery. (I did not). Broke the screen in the process of changing battery. Gave me a new screen. He replaced both with cheap aftermarket parts. The battery holds no life after just a months. Phone crashes and restarts. Screen constantly has ghost touches and will not pick up my touches. Said that he would fix it and “make it right” after months of waiting he will not answer my calls.

Edit due to owner response. Owner finally called me back after review. Not to fix anything but to guilt trip me on why he hasn’t done anything. I left out that they gave me the phone because it is irrelevant to the complaint you convinced me it needed a new battery (it did not and you gave me faulty one) then OWNER broke the screen and gave me faulty one. This was about a year ago. About 6-7 months ago I told owner about the problems. He acknowledged them and said that he would fix them. After months of sparse contact he would no longer take any of my calls and blocked my number from his personal phone

Dog got ahold of my phone and punctured the screen causing it to go out. I went in Monday morning and showed it to him and he immediately knew what I needed. He was able to overnight ship my part and by 4 the next day my phone was in mint condition. 5/5 recommend going here if you need a quick and good quality fix.
