Upon entering this Filipino Market you encounter a mini food-zone consisting of several different food vendors. As you walk past the food-zone you enter the market.

The market itself has a welcoming, easygoing casual feeling. The produce section has a nice selection of items, and looks nicely organized and maintained. Of course, being a seafood market there is a large selection of fresh seafood available. As well as all the essentials you might need for your cooking endeavors. The market overall is well maintained, and very clean.

This was my first time in a Filipino Market, and I found exploring the selves to be very interesting. I even found some very familiar Asian items while browsing. Some items that I use everyday, like soy sauce, were selling at a great price.

I'm most intrigued by the food-zone and it's vendors. All the food looks delicious. I intend to come back and try some authentic Filipino cuisine and expand my horizons.

Parking was a challenge for today , but there's a spot or two behind Chase Bank. Today is a special grand opening day for Island Pacific, festivities going on for quite a lot, with guests and celebrities. Did not get a chance to squeeze around the crowd to check the groceries - too crowded . Will come back to visit on normal days. I did leave after i got the pancit fr IP and the famous fried chicken fr Max's restaurant inside.

This is a great market with a little cafeteria with a couple different restaurants when you first walk in. The grocery store has a very big selection of fresh fish which can be prepared in multiple ways at no extra cost. They have a very wide selection of different Asian products. The parking lot is very big and I’ve had no trouble finding parking as well.

I truly love this place. They usually have the best selection of seafood and it is usually fresh and prices are way more affordable than Seafood City. My only regret is that they closed their Panorama City location a little over a year ago. It was way more convenient for me to get to from the North Hollywood area. They also have a great selection of produce. Will continue to make purchases here until the day they go out of business. Hopefully that will never happen!

My wife made a big mistake ordering at Phil House restaurant what was advertised as “chicken and pork teriyaki “. Not good and super greasy. It seems to me that they recycled the leftover chicken and pork skewer meats, put greasy sauce and call it teriyaki. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY THIS. Super dry meat because they were yesterday’s.
