You see the man in the picture? This store was just another store until he showed up. He made sure my wife and I were assisted with what we needed. He answered all of our questions about the merchandise really well. ?

I like the large inventory of hats, apparel and souvenirs. The prices are a bit steep on a a lot of items but I guess that's part of the tourism effect.
Either way it's the biggest and best store on Catalina Island for souvenirs, keepsakes and gifts.

For the price on authentic shirts and hats especially on the island! $28-$30 a pop! Fair good price, I expected about $50-$60! And along a souvenir bag with it! My woman got me the alcohol flask with the Catalina island logo on it! Freaking awesome!!!

Have never been to the store, but heard they had Cubs stuff. Being from Chicago, I was interested in knowing that the island was a Spring Training place years and years ago!! So I called and everyone was so nice and accommodating. They sent me pictures and I purchased two shirts that they Fed ex’d me in just a few days. If they are anywhere like the phone experience I had, they would be a great place to shop at. Can’t wait to visit the island one day!!

I’m so upset! I bought a $40 and some change hoodie and washed it inside out and when I took it out the letters and images were peeling one by one! I haven’t even worn it. Super over priced and super bad quality. I have a almost $50 plain black hoodie now. And it’s funny because the day we were checking out the lady in front was asking the owner himself (old balding guy) if she can wash and dry as normal and his products won’t shrink and he had the rudest answer “well you keep zapping anything in heat it’ll shrink eventually” um ok? My husband and I just looked at eachother and the poor lady was just like ok..and paid. We should of just left. We won’t be returning

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia and she was very professional and friendly. My sister's 60th birthday is coming up and she wanted a Catalina hoodie. Sylvia took the time to send me pictures and once we decided on the purchase she agreed to FedEx to me. I highly recommend this store for it's great customer service and quality goods.

The best thing here are the awesome ladies who were working. They were so welcoming and so kind and when they found out it was my birthday they had all kinds of cool things for me. Invited me to come back, talked to me about what it's like in the offseason. They were super awesome so the next day we went back and got t-shirts for everyone in my family. It's also a very big shop but you wouldn't expect from the outside

I was there with my family, they were making an over $100.00 purchase, I saw some bracelets that were not priced. There was 2 employees talking. One looked like the manager. I asked how much were the bracelets. She did not even look in my direction and shouted they are $9.99. Obviously no interest in helping customers
