This is our 2nd time we have been to “It’s the Cats Meow” both times the service have been great, except this time, it was outstanding. Being a shop owner myself, customer service is very important, because truly it’s about the experience. John was not only professional, he was extremely personable. Tho he was busy when we walked in he made sure to greet us and made us feel welcomed.
Thank you John, it was an absolutely pleasure meeting you. Looking forward to going back.

I had an amazing time visiting the little strip of shops in the CottonWood area, and by far the "Cats Meow' was the most unique shop in the area !! I visited the other shops but the one thing I noticed was that The Cats Meow was the shop to be at, not to mention...the customer service at the shop was OUT STANDING !!! John the attendant at the shop was exceptionally courteous and very helpful he sure made us feel at home, even though the shop was very busy he always had time for our questions and always had a smile.....Very friendly atmosphere. I We definitely will recommend this shop to our friends and family !!!

We stumbled across this shop after dinner on our trip to Sedona/Cottonwood. The rooms are not overwhelming and the pieces are nicely curated. Most of all, John’s customer service was a delight. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. Definitely recommend!

Oh, were you looking for a bespeckled clutch? A silky shift or kaftan straight from Mrs. Roper’s closet? Me too, but I only brought a carryon, so I’ll HAVE to revisit It’s The Cat’s Meow with an empty suitcase. There were so many fun gift ideas and things I’d love to have for myself. With a cheerful shopkeeper burning sweet incense and fun peppy music in the background, I admired stickers, costume jewelry, unlimited trinkets, and collectibles galore! Go inside! It's the shop that smells like the inside of your grandmother’s purse.

Store has a diverse and interesting selection of items, is beautifully organized, and has very friendly staff. Mr. John in particular was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys casual antiquing or just has some time to kill. 5/5.
