They are always friendly when you come in greeting you with a smile. They are always very professional and they care about their customers.
I use their delivery service, they send me an email to confirm that I had a delivery. The day of my delivery they sent another text to let me know the drive was out doing his delivers. When it was my turn to get my item delivered, they call and told me they was on their way. They come and set my washer up and make sure it was working properly before they left.

Julie has helped us buy furniture twice now and this second time we walked in, told her what we needed and she showed us every option in store and online that met our needs. We quickly decided what we wanted and she worked us up an invoice and when we went to finalize the purchase we realized the sleeper sofa we wanted was no longer available. Julie immediately got in contact with the manufacturer to find out how we could make our dreams come true. She called us back in about an hour to let us know that we could custom order it but it would take a few weeks. It was delivered yesterday (earlier than expected) by two very nice men, Taylor and Damien, who were quick, polite, and knowledgeable. We always have a great experience with this team and will definitely use them again!

Staff is very nice but was unwilling to compromise on a $200 delivery charge even though I live in town and was spending over $6000. They will squeeze every dime out of you. Also, poor explanations on the electronics needed for our purchase (bluetooth, power cords, etc). I asked but was provided no detail other than we could purchase what we need for an additional charge or purchase it ourselves. No explanation of what to purchase or the reason it was needed.

The furniture we purchased seems to be very nice. No concerns there.
