My daughter bought an entire house of flooring from this co. I went with her and saw a sheet flooring I loved. I was told it was around $2 a sq ft.
Weeks later I went back with my daughter and was given 5 samples of Mannington sheet flooring to take home. I was told any of those samples was $14.95 a sq yd.
My husband and I took the samples back but were unsure of the yardage needed. I asked again because that is a good price. I live in the Jackson area but was willing to drive for that price.
When I called to order the flooring I was given a total of $1058.
We borrowed a trailer to drive 200 miles to pick it up. My husband paid with his credit card but he did not know what it cost.
When I got home and saw the charge ( $1700) I called Rachel and was told it was a misunderstanding. The best she could do was refund $276 but would need my card.
I drove back to Columbus and was told no, could not refund any money. So I was charged $25 a sq yd.
This company chooses money over integrity. If you do any business with them get it in writing!
