Nice little beer shop. Not a huge variety, but a decent amount. Prices based for college town so it was a tad more. The cashier was super nice. The pick your own 6 was a good value.

TERRIBLE.
alcohol is EXTREMELY up charged at this location. i could’ve saved almost $20 on alcohol by going to the sheetz down the street.

also!! the employees are extremely rude and uneducated about alcohol sales. so, trust me. you’re better off trying to purchase alcohol from sheetz than this hilariously tiny and unhygienic location. i’ve seen gas stations that are better well-kept than this store… and there are cleaner bodegas in new york city than this store. believe me. there’s absolutely no hope for this store.

save your time, money, and SANITY, and go to another store in state college. in the four years that i’ve been here, this is the worst store that i’ve been to.

Stopped there on the way from Pittsburgh to NYC to use the restroom and grab a drink of water. The gentleman at cash register was really nice and courteous and showed me how to use the soda dispenser to get water. I figured he woulda told me that I'd haveta buy water, but was glad that he just let me fill up my water bottle instead. Appreciated that.

Has a nice but small variety of beers and malted beverages for a decent price, not exactly cheap. Mainly sells 6-packs and single cans or bottles. E.g. a 6-pack of 16oz Rolling Rock is about 7.25

Seems More expensive than most of the other shops around, selection pales to that of the local grocers and other beer stores in the area. Accepts android pay but not Apple Pay...left here empty handed more times than not.
