The staff are always amazing and they also have some of the best pizza here, I never trust gas station food, but they have some amazing food here, this place is absolutely trustworthy with food unlike 99% of other gas stations

Great place to stop! The workers are so very kind and accommodating! They let me stay after totaling my car until my ride was able to pick me up. The bathrooms are very clean too!!

This place is clean and maintained. They have a big selection of things to buy. Lots of space around to walk dogs, if you need that sort of thing. Easy access and close to 65. I was really impressed, I just needed gas and a place to walk the dogs, away from a bunch of people. Even though it was busy, we had no problems at all.

My review is based on Jack's Truck Stop claiming to represent the Open Road TSD Diesel program. Jacks is listed on the Open Road website. The first time in I used my card at the pump and when I checked how much money was taken from my account I was not charged according to the Open Road Program price. Open Road had to issue me a credit for my being mischarged. This time in my card would not work at the pump meaning I had to go inside. Again I was not charged the correct price so Open Road will have to get them to issue a credit. If you claim to be part of a program to get people to stop you need to fully honor the program.

Pro: 5 stars for saying "hello darlin'" as I walked in.
Pro: Clean and very large place.
Pro: Nice driver's lounge area.
Pro: Nice laundry facilities with reasonable prices.

Con: The laundry soap was WAY too expensive at $9.24 for a 25-oz container of liquid Gain but, I had no choice...needing it.

Pro: Let me heat up food from outside.
Pro: Wished me safe travels as I departed.
Pro: Nice parking

This is an older, AmBest, and an "underdog" competing with the Peelots, T/As and Love's so I'd like to try to keep them in business.

Oh, I just discovered an old Emeryville our next to the tire shop...check out the "spacious" sleeper it has; WOW!

It’s truck stop. It has gas and snacks. It’s not dirty. Staff is nice. Right about the spot you need your second tank of gas if you’re coming back to TN from the beach.
