When the lady works the store is open at 4 am on her work days, when the guy is working who knows what time they open, he always has the lights off just hanging out walking around with doors locked. Change the listed hours of operations or get all employees to follow set hours. Irritating to get off the freeway to get something and you don't know if it will be open or not.

all I wanted was to get change and my brother came in to get his lottery tickets cashed in, according to the lady at the counter, we both needed to share our IDs even though they were two completely different transactions. I explained that I was just getting a lighter and change. I honestly would have had no issue grabbing my ID, but the lady there was so hostile for no reason, there was no lead up to her being rude, no attitude coming from my brother, she was just rude for no reason. she was the older Hispanic (?) lady with a missing tooth. idk man, I just wanted gas and change, nothing special.

This was a go-to spot for gassing up when returning to Northern Arizona from Phoenix, but not when they don't let customers even use their bathrooms after 9:00PM. Last night will be the last time we stop there.

This Jackson's car Wash oil and lube and food store has pretty much everything you need. It is not a place to try to save money, however they definitely cover all the bases from firewood to windshield washer red beer ice vital have to bismol slurpees and a million different coffees also red wine and dog food.
I come here pretty much every day for one thing or another when they get busy they get slammed do they have multiple gas pumps plenty of room to stop and get whatever you need whether you're going to the lake or you're going to work or you're about to shop. All the employees are extremely personable and professional and fast they definitely know what they're doing and they were trained well . you come here you will not be disappointed at the variety of "got to have it" items. I like this place and I feel safe here even late at night getting cigarettes, they are watching out forcustomers and themselves.

Change your posted business hours or fire the night guy, every time I try to go here after midnight, its locked up , edit the business hours changed. Nice

Despite what the door says it doesn't seem to actually be 24 hours. I went at 4am and the doors were locked with no one inside.

Hi I would like to say a great thank you to the new employee Tevin of Jackson. This is my 5th time coming into the store. On heavy work days that. Needed fresh coffee or just finding an item in the store. And he has gone above and beyond to be sure I was able to have freshly brewed coffee and always assisted me with a smile and amazing customers service.
