My Experience Today was concerning for all people that shop here and decide to exchange clothes that did not fit. Make sure that you get full credit or reimbursement for what you have purchase. Even though it was not a lot. I did notice that they only deducted the amount of Purchase price $26.99 but what about the Taxes I pay when I purchase it the first time. That should have also Ben included. Make the Math how many people get fool Daily because they don’t look at their receipt or Don’t know how too compute a sales Tax to know if their reimbursement is being Fairly credited.

older lady did not want to do an exchange because it was pass the 7 days for exchange or store credit . which didn't make sense because i bought it on a Sunday. Sunday to the following Sunday is 7 Days! Unless I am doing my math wrong. She seemed to got frustrated and agreed to do an exchange. Then when i was trying to do an exchange there wasn't my size. so i asked if she can do store credit . she said yeah annoyingly. then she decides not to let me get store credit because it was the wrong price tag. the item was not worn and had their tag still attached . i don't see why the price tag mattered if they can just attached another one . many places do it , i don't see why she wouldn't . i had my receipt so i don't understand why she wouldn't just give me store credit.

They have much more variety of clothing from what I remember they had it high school. I went into the plus size section and the clothes look great on. A hispanic lady helped us look for an outfit for my job interview and she was great. She helped with color and size and she even gave me advice. Great employees. Thank you!

Honestly girls your better off shopping somewhere else! I understand the pandemic has affected everyone but their prices are honestly high for the type of cheap fabric that some of the dresses have!! All items are final and you can not try on. I bought a dress and I hate it but now I have to suffer with it! Your better of buying in the outlets, and it’s more affordable plus you can try on the clothes!!

Over price, no fitting allow and their exchange policy sucks. You better off going to other small store or big chains were you can at least try on clothes. The reason I stop shopping their. Don’t buy in place were you can’t try on clothes, some of the clothes are not even true to size.

First time shopping here and it's one of the bigger Plus size stores in the area. The selection of clothing is great, jeans are awesome, hugr variety in blouses, they have different styles of jack and vests. They also have boots and shoes, purses and undergarments. Highly recommended

Cute cloths but rude costumer service, especially from a woman name Sesie. Instead of being warm and personable, she came extremely cold and mechanical; like she would rather be elsewhere. It is baffling to me that people who don’t like people, choose to work in customer service... I left my items and will not be returning.

Love coming here they have a great selection of clothing, for us plus sizes... The girls working there are very nice and very patient, I was treated with courtesy, and respect. When, I go shopping, I seriously take my time... Thanks Rosa for your help!
