I went to this JCPenney store and photography studio, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The store itself was clean and well-organized, which made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. While the staff wasn't particularly rude, they weren't overly courteous either, which left me with a somewhat neutral impression of the service in the store.
The highlight of my visit, however, was the photography studio. The photographer, who I believe was the manager, was absolutely amazing! She made the entire photo session enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our pictures. The process of taking photos and selecting prints does take a bit of time, so be prepared for that.
Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient through their website, which I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend the JCPenney photography studio for anyone looking to capture special moments. The store itself was satisfactory, but the photography studio truly made the visit memorable.

Clean store with everything you'd expect. I found what I needed, got a great Xmas discount and felt satisfied when leaving. It was a quick easy friendly experience. Easy access to parking and easy to find.

Yes, you can order pretty much everything and have it delivered, but there's something about being able to walk in and see the color, feel the fabric, and see how it fits. All the brick and mortars are hurting for our dollars and unless you want to lose those abilities forever, we need to shop the stores. I love the setup here and found a few things on clearance and new blazer for work that was half off. This store is very well kept, well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the associates that work there.

I love JCPenney and have been going there for over 30 years with my family. We’ve gotten portraits done there, I buy gifts, Suits, Shoes, Make up and you name it they have it. Unfortunately, the online ordering Experience was something to be desired the last time I got something. I gave them a bad survey-upon walking up to the counter As Chris An older white Staff member Immediately gave me Unwarranted hostility. I believe the store manager talk to him, but I doubt it’ll make any difference. I just try to avoid him like the plague. I went in recently with my mom and the sales are great. I just tried to avoid the men’s section with a passion.

Some old white cashier just looked at me and my friend and assumed we were messing around, felt a bit like racially profiling. I'm glad we kept our cool but not very good customer service. I hope something is done since we did go to a manager, do better.

The portraits was absolutely terrible. The photographer was as lazy as can be. We had to keep asking her to position the kids and asked for things to get their attention. It also took soo long for them to do simple "edits". There were a few I thought for sure she got, but her trigger finger was soo slow. Won't come again. Said because I come twice a year and each time I come, I have a worse experience

Good sales and newly remodeled and very modern looking. They have decent sales and nice clothes. They have rows and rows of clearance and clearance shoes. I usually find something good, however in all my trips here I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes in line to check out. Even if there is just three people in front of me. Saturday morning last week I found an amazing deal on these shoes I wanted half off in my size. I fell in love but ended up leaving without them because I waited so long in line and it never moved. I wasn’t even in the actual line area because there was so many people we had to be in the aisles of clothing. I am not the only person left that line. After watching the man who was literally next leave I realized that there was no way I needed the shoes that much. I understand being understaffed but to have that many people in line yet have multiple sales associates walking around folding shirts it’s not a place you wanna spend more than 30 minutes in line for some shoes. The employees I did interact with were nice. I just can’t justify waiting so long.

Cashier encouraged me to open JC credit. HUGE MISTAKE!
After paying my bill in full when I received the bill I continued to receive bogus charges! On top of that I was being charged paper statement fees of $1.99 and late fees of $30 for a mistake made on their end! After disputing bogus charges, I paid for their incompetence just to be done with them and requested the account to be closed forever!! Thieves!!
