Truckers, awesome place to load, the lady at the shipping office was very nice and friendly, I didn't even turn off my truck before she opened the door, verified my load and gave me a dock, loaded in 30 minutes in and out.

I just want to say a huge thank you and a massive shout out to my boy Warren over here at Jed pool tools. After ordering a through the wall skimmer for my above ground pool on Amazon, the item was damaged and Amazon refused to rectify the problem. I contacted the sales department at Jed pool tools, and got in contact with Warren who with absolutely no hassle at all was very kind and gracious extremely informative and shipped me a brand new one at no charge. From the point of initial contact of the issue to the time I received the new item was roughly 7 to 10 days maybe 14 at the most, but that is only because they were out of stock of the specific item that I had purchased. If I have any more pool related items that I need, I will directly be contacting Warren at the sales department at Jed pool tools. 100% five star rating for everything.

I recently had a locking ring on my heavy duty Jed Pool pole go bad. It lasted 7 years so I was impressed with the purchase. I could only find the part included in the whole connection piece on Amazon which I didn't need. So I emailed Jed Pool Tools and asked if I could just purchase the ring. Mr. Welsh contacted me the next day and said no problem. For $8 including S&H I had my part in a couple days. It would have cost me over $20 for the piece on Amazon. I was even able to Venmo the payment making it a very simple process. If they will provide this level of service for a $2 part I can only imagine how helpful they would be on a higher dollar item. Highly recommend this business and their products. Will definitely be purchasing again from them.

For truckers: friendly stuff, no overnight parking(no place to park), when arriving - look at the image, departing - on Mulberry street turn right and go to i81. One pretty bad dock. You can check your skills.
