Rude, unprofessional, incompetent staff. I was overcharged $400+. It took 3 people to help me as they all stared at the screen clueless. I asked for a supervisor and she was worse than the staff. I asked for that person supervisor and was told she would be out of the office for 2 weeks. The end result is me paying $863 for 1 tag and now waiting on a refund that will be mailed the following month on 22nd. Allegedly refunds are only given via checks and mailed once a month. I wasted 3 hrs of my day and 2 made trips there. I will never go back to the Centerpoint location again. They gossip and eat all day and most should never eat again.

I was not impressed with the service I received at this location. The lady assisting me with my vehicle registration seemed completely clueless about the process. She didn't even attempt to greet me and was too busy devouring her donut to pay attention. As she grabbed my paperwork, she managed to get donut glaze all over it. I left in frustration and without a tag. Will not be returning to this location again...

Every time I go they take good care of me. Been going since 2023. There was a line like always but once I was seen at the window it took me only about 5 min to get a new tag.

I walk in and there was one couple in front of me , and then they call me and I paid for my title and Then I headed home , get in and get out , I Love it

I concur with others comments regarding only a couple of customer windows and the cashiers constantly taking breaks all while the line gets longer. The greeter @ door was nice.

The service here was, is, and always has been absolutely horrendous. These people are lazy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. You had people going on break and ubering breakfast at 10:30 in the morning. I understand people needing to eat after skipping meals, or having a medical condition, or just being hungry, but come on now. This was not a lunch hour, especially when your doors just opened a couple hours ago. I highly doubt breakfast was needed a little over 2 hours into a shift. Why pull this when you can clearly see the line hanging out of the door? On top of that, their attitudes are horrible. I overheard one lady saying she was taking her break and we would just have to wait, and I know if I heard her other people did as well. I asked myself... Who is running this place? Where is their supervisor? And they better be glad it's not me because everyone in the building would be fired. They all need to be let go and start over. Clearly, they don't know a thing about customer service, professionalism, productivity, discipline, or any of that. Then again, this place is run just like most of these city and county run buildings in this state.

This was my 2nd time visiting this morning and every time my husband or I have been, it’s been quick and the employees have been professional and nice. I’m so confused by all of the 1 star reviews. It’s odd to me that there’s either 1 star or 5 star reviews - maybe it depends on the day you go and the employees that are there, but we’ve always had a good experience. It’s worth a shot for how quickly they get you in and out and how nice the facilities are!

BONUS: there was the sweetest employee in a wheelchair meeting everyone at the door and directing them where to go. The woman in front of me brought her precious almost 2 year old with her and he became a little fussy. The man came over and sat beside him and entertained him by the Christmas tree while the boy’s mother got her license renewed. As a fellow mother of a 2 year old that was lucky enough to have my husband be with him at home this morning, it was so heartwarming to see. He went over and beyond!
