Great car buying experience! Stacy was extremely friendly, honest, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She listened to my needs and delivered. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. Stacy kept her word on everything including getting me in and out of the dealership quickly once we agreed on a deal. John handled the finance portion and was equally respectful, friendly and honest. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and specifically Stacy and John. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in the Fall. Asked if they could ship the vehicle from PA to NH and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Sounds great right?

Paperwork ended up being messy. Was told it would be overnighted to me. The first set of documents was shipped on a Wednesday in the wrong envelope and ended up back at the dealership. I was not informed nor was the error corrected for two days because the proper parties were out of office. The documents were "overnighted" again on Friday, but I did not receive them until the following Monday due to the FedEx service they selected. This Monday ended up being a bank holiday resulting in the need to take a second day off of work to sort the paperwork.

All of our conversations about shipping involved a "truck" Phrases such as "the driver can't drop the vehicle off the truck until he receives the final check" were used regularly. Day of delivery arrives and up rolls my car and a chase vehicle. They drove it 600 miles to deliver it. That doesn't quite fit the definition of "shipped" in my book. I looked around the vehicle and found body damage that will require a frame puller to correct. Emailed my sales person to voice my frustration that it was not mentioned prior to the sale and received no reply.

Submitted the title and purchase agreement to the state for registration. Hear back a couple months later that the title and purchase agreement were filled out incorrectly. I informed JKFP of this error and asked them to mail the corrected documents to the NH DMV. I returned from a winter vacation to discover that they had mailed the corrected documents back to me making me the middle man and delaying the process yet again.

Shop elsewhere and don't pay the full documentation fee because they make you do half the work anyway.
