We went in trying to mickey mouse a water line to an ice maker so we could do our cold plunges. Camille kindly and patiently helped me and my idiot companion finding fittings as we scrambled around like concussed mental patients destroying everything in site. This girl deserves a raise.

We like the quality of items from the store and the good service. Associates are experienced and helpful.
For certain things (like duplicate keys), this is our go-to place because they always work (where as keys made from other big box hardware stores had a high chance of failure).

Excellent customer service! I needed help to get some poplar shelving boards for a project and Thomas stopped what he was doing with a forklift and helped me out. He helped cut the boards to my dimensions and then rapped them so I could easily transport them. It slowed his day down but it made mine! Thanks so much Thomas for an excellent customer service experience.

When in the purchase of drama they were very kind and busy so I need a dump to open the cabinet because apparently everybody steals nowadays they should start cutting people's hands off in the parking lot when that happens but they won't I guess cause we're not Iran But if we did still it would probably be cut back get it funny ha ha Stop stealing

I came to this location on my lunch break from aviation mechanics school to get duck bill pliers. I usually only go to Ace for key copies, which are always the cheapest deal around. But there were at least 4+ different brands of most every kind of pliers - no duck bill. Ace is arguably the most expensive chain hardware/home improvement store you can go to - you'd think they'd have a somewhat common tool. Even harbor freight has duck bill pliers. But the store was clean & well organized. Employees were presentable and well mannered, but knew nothing except "if it's not on the shelf then I dunno", and no attempt/care to try to get a solution - like seeing if it can be ordered, etc. Unless you absolutely have to, I'd go elsewhere.
