I gave 5 star rating because this company really made me smile and have the happiest moment in my life. They really made a 100% turn around from the last time I went n 2yrs ago... I'm not gonna say what kind of blessing I experienced because I want everyone to experience there own by walking in to see their own. As soon as i pulled up I was greeted. Met Max right up front who was amazing, nice, professional and answered all my questions. Then we were introduced to Tyler and Paul who were the BEST at the Lender companies and making me a brand new car owner. Parker came out of his office to introduce himself even during a busy day of employees walking into his office, looks like he stops what he is doing for his staff and also his customers. Very funny and nice guy! Lastly I want to mention Ernesto who came out and made the last minutes of our stay fun. I truly pray Jones Ford in Camp Verde gets an overflow of blessings for taking the time to bless me with an amazing deal. Everyone was so kind and very professional. Thank you all for ur hard work!!!

We purchased a new 150 truck through the dealership, and we had a great experience working with Scott. He was not at all pushy and took his time to go over our options, ensuring we found what we wanted. It’s always difficult to decide between buying from a dealership or getting a used vehicle (we usually work with a car broker), but Scott made us feel like we could trust him to offer competitive pricing.

Although spending hours in the financing office was grueling, we don't regret our purchase, and we absolutely love the truck.

While things regarding terms and costs were communicated by higher management, I would have appreciated it if someone from that team could have come to say hello and explain the decisions they were making, as it felt a bit impersonal. However, Scott’s presence and support more than made up for the lack of management involvement.
