Surprising international finds! Mexican/Central America, Eastern European / West Asian ingredients. Found some new ingredients and imported products I’d never seen before. Cool place! Good prices. Good stock of staple American basics too.

JONS International Market was the ONLY local source that I was able to identify for a particular imported delicacy I was looking for (looking all over the LA basin for). The staff was friendly and VERY helpful...and the had the "no sugar added" baklava that I was looking for.

It remains my only direct source fo "no sugar added" baklava. The staff, by the by, remains friendly and VERY helpful.

One of the best John's stores in LA area, large, very clean, decent parking, plenty and diverse products, and you can grab and enjoy on the spot a fresh barbeque rack of ribs. They even have Hello Kitty branded drinks.

Usually is a great place to get groceries. Today was awful. Deli service extremely slow and the lady at cashier was rude. Unfortunately it was a really bad experience.

This market has a lot to offer. There deli has so much good choices of cheese, meat, and salads. The star of the show was the smokehouse eatery within the place. I have to say it was one of the best half chickens I have eaten. I recommend comming here to eat first then do your shopping. Definitely comming here again if I am in the area.

This full-service grocery store chain is special. They carry all the regular household items you would find at a regular grocery store, plus a huge variety of imported fine foods from around the world. If there is a hard to find ingredient for a recipe you are making, you are likely to find it at JONS.

Each department has all the imported food products integrated within each aisle. For example, imported jellies, jams, and preserves will be found by their domestic counterparts like Welch’s. You won’t have to search around in the “international” aisle like most other grocery stores.

They have a full-service deli where you can buy sliced meats, cheese, salads, sides, and more. You can even order a sandwich made just how you like it with meats that you might not be able find anywhere else.

The Torrance location also has a full-service bakery with freshly made layered cakes, strawberry shortcake, brownies, tiramisu, and even Eastern European desserts.

A mainstay for the area is the BBQ counter. It has been part of this building since the last two stores that occupied the space. It has a huge following in the area so JONS decided, not only to keep it up and running, but even added more options for locals to try. They also have Santa Maria-style BBQ available on the weekends (weather permitting), grilled up fresh in the morning. The aroma of BBQ alone will lead you here!

I always shop here!
I've never had a cashier treat the items I'm purchasing with such disrespect.

I gave this store 4 stars because for the most part, all their staff is usually really friendly and helpful.

The meat department staff are always amazing!

Sadly though, today, Charles the cashier, threw my groceries like is he was bowling!!! And to top it off, one of the items he threw (and didn't even care to apologize) was kombucha!
When I asked him to replace it, he asked me why? I had to explain to him, it will explode! SMH!

He shouldn't be throwing people's groceries around!
