My visit was to get a hot chicken meal. The food was good, but the service was bad. When I walked in the employee was serving a customer. I waited my turn and the employee went straight to her phone after serving the customer in front of me. After several minutes of waiting, another employee came from the bathroom. She looked for the other girl and saw she was looking at her phone and then helped me. No complaint on this girls service, but the other girl, who I will assume was the manager, was oblivious that I was even there.
