I brought my wedding set in for a repair. One of The bands on my soldered set had broken. I was waited on and quoted a reasonable price and left my ring with them. A few days later I received a call my ring was ready! It was beautiful! Cleaned, polished and repaired! It looked amazing. My ring has a ton of small stones in it. When I got out to my car I was looking at it in the sun while on the phone with my hubs and noticed a small stone missing. I went right back in. I was a little worried about how this would go and it couldn’t have gone better. Swatti (sp) was sweet and understanding. She took my ring back, apologized and they replaced the stone. I now have my beautiful ring back fully intact. They will have my business from now on! If you are in the market for a sparkling purchase, give them a look.
