If they don’t like the way you look, they’ll assume you’re a thief. Horrible customer service. I bought my daughter’s gift cards for Christmas so they can shop for themselves but they were just followed around by employees, couldn’t hold the items that they were going to purchase. They were told to leave them by the counter as an employee took it away for them until they were done looking for another item to purchase. You guys continue to do this to your customers, it’s been happening at this location for a while now. ✌🏼😎✌🏼

I am very impressed. Shipping was so fast! The Ugg boots that were hard to find most places were reasonably priced and in stock in the size I wanted. I was nervous ordering these boots online from a store I wasn’t familiar with (especially at this time of year) and Joy-Pers did not disappoint. Thank you-I will be recommending you to friends and family.

It's refreshing to have staff that are trained to fit shoes right and know how to talk with antsy kids. I've bought several pairs of shoes here for my kids and the staff has been friendly and helpful (e.g., suggesting similar shoes when the exact style is not in stock) each time I've visited--including today. I'm glad I can support a local business that knows customer service.

This place does not let you return stuff like they say they do. I took back a pair of Tenn shoes that I only wore in my house. I spent 150.00 on these crappy shoes. They killed my feet,so I take them back with my receipt n within 30 days. They would only give me store credit and it turned out they wouldn't do that because I couldn't remember my phone number. The employee was rude and I will never walk in this over priced store again. I had never been treating so rudely in my entire life.

Came in for the first time today: James and Biolett immediately greeted me. James was the one who assisted me. Very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Allowed me to try on various pairs of shoes and schooled me up on the specific type of shoe I needed for the specific type of activity I needed them for. Great experience overall. Can’t wait to be back.

Awesome! If you want someone to help you and truly listen to your needs, Joy-Pers is the place. They are knowledgeable, plus they will help you search, order if they need to. Treat you as a individual, not one size fits all. I am 64 with many feet problems, yes both feet. I have bought many shoes and inserts that I needed. Yes inserts to help my feet feel really good. The owner and young people are kind and thoughtful. I need my feet and while its up to me to care for them I really want the best. My truck needs the best care, my teeth best care, my feet sooo Joy-pers is my to go to. Thanks everyone at Joy-Pers. Waking with comfort!

The girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, measured my feet for me, and even put the shoes on my feet for me! I was very impressed. The shoes are a little expensive, but they are very good quality.
