We had an excellent experience at JR Tire Shop! We weren’t sure which tire had a leak or if there was a nail, but JR went out of his way to help us figure it out. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. His willingness to assist, even without hesitation, really stood out.

Showed up right as JR was closing up his shop but he graciously agreed to help us with our flat tire. He was helpful, quick, and friendly. Had a large inventory of tires. And the price was very reasonable for parts and services. We are so grateful!

I drove about a mile today to a restaurant and on the way I had a very choppy drive! It turned out that one of my truck’s tires shredded completely by the time I got to the restaurant. I was referred to JR tire shop and I am so thankful! They drove over to the restaurant and brought a tire so that I could drive over to their shop. They then immediately provided me with four new snow tires! The service was excellent, and the owner and the individual who actually changed the tires were both very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved to have that work done in such a friendly way. I will be certain to bring my other vehicle in for new tires!

We had a screw in the tire of our rental car and in the morning when we wanted continue our trip, pressure was low. Jose was our saviour!! Very friendly and super honest he and Juan finally repaired our tire instead of selling us a new one - the repaired tire made the Death Valley afterwards without any problems!! Amazing service! I got into Mammoth late on a Friday night with a nail in my tire. I parked at the shop and called first thing in the morning. He started working on it at 8:30 am on a Saturday, was so kind and easy to work with. A lifesaver!

Mammoth Lakes, California is a small mountain town that lives on tourism. Skiing in the winter, and EVERYTHING in the summer. Well, on our summer fishing trip, I picked up a nail in the sidewall of my LR tire. GEICO couldn't find a provider to swap out my spare, so plan B. My brother made a couple of phone calls oh, and we found JR! Who's tire shop was closed at the time of our phone call just past 5:30 pm. This was a Saturday oh, so I found that a little strange, but he accommodated us entirely! He dropped what he was doing just to make sure we were taken care of. He actually had a 10 ply tire available for me to purchase at a reasonable price considering I was buying a single Tire in a small mountain town. He completed every bit of the labor, and got me on the road in a very short amount of time back up to our cabin in the woods. Jr should be considered a local hero! I would go to his tire place any time! Great work JR!

We got a flat on a Friday afternoon and were without a spare. I was outside of Mammoth wondering how I was going to get our vehicle into a shop before they closed given the lead time for the tow trucks in the area. JR returned my voicemail within a few minutes and offered to meet me at my location, remove the wheel, take it to his shop, repair it, drive back to me, and re-install. He showed up in 30m with his jack and was back about an hour later with a properly patched an inflated tire all for a very reasonable price. The community and its visitors are lucky to have such a hard working individual that truly cares. Can't recommend his business enough.

We had a slow leak in our rental SUV that required more frequent air refills. We took it on Friday, they found a small nail and were able to patch it up within a few hours. Another tire shop couldn't look at the car until Monday. We were able to enjoy the many lakes and our drive home with peace of mind. Our vacation was definitely saved by your shop. Thank you.
