On Saturday 01.04.25 at approximately 7:45 P.M I went to The Juanitas Market located in Tracy to purchase a Rosca for my family and I. Unfortunately when we were cutting the Rosca, we were expecting to see babies inside the bread which that was the whole point but that there was none . We called the store to report it and file a complaint to see what could be done. I spoke to one of the employees at around 8:34 P.M telling them about the issue, which then she (I didn't get a name) responded and told me I could come back to the store with my receipt. She said they could gives us another Rosca to reimburse it. When I drove back to get the Rosca, I was informed by the employee and the manager (Andres L.) that they couldn't do anything about it and weren't going to give us a refund or another Rosca.

Used to be a great place to go to. I always found the workers to be nice, except for a few cashiers here and there, which would ignore you completely, don't bother saying "Hi" or look at you. Another thing that is a disaster but this is not fault to the store, is the parking. This is terrible. It seems people don't understand the law of driving. A couple of months ago, I was at a complete stop waiting on a car to come out of the parking so I could go in. Of course I was behind a car. I saw the family come out, get in the car, never that I think the lady was going to back out, well she did, no need to say she hit me. Because of this and a little other things, I will most likely stop shopping there.

This place is amazing. They have fresh pan dulce and bolillos everyday. By night time it's almost empty. That says a lot! Great place to check out.

Great little Mexican groceries with a little bit of everything. In the back left corner is fresh made salsa, cheese, beef jerky, ceviche, and guacamole. They also have delicious tamales in a stand outside. Parking is a bit cramped though.

I love the selection of there meats here its always fresh. The only thing they need a better system of knowing who is next because they have a lots of customers all day everyday. And they kinda rush you so they can quickly move on to the next customer. All the other departments are very good and they have the best mexican bread freshly made everyday.
