When Tony actually ran this place, it was fantastic. Tony was a miracle worker. The new owner was rude and didn’t even want to try to alter what I brought in. If you’re expecting the same service as when Tony was around, you’ll be disappointed.

They took over a month to tailor 3 suits. Twice they called me saying they were done, only to drive in and find incomplete work. They changed my invoice a month in and tried charging me for work they were not performing. When I showed them the original invoice, they were reluctant to honor the price. Lastly, they misled me on how much they could let a pair of pants out. I paid for a hem and a taper on a pair of pants that won't fit my waist. I would strongly encourage anyone to stay clear of this establishment.

I've been going to Tony for many years. Every time my clothes come out better than perfect. They really do a great job there. As for pricing I don't have much experience with other shops. I know the quality of work at Tony's is tip top.

Tony is a remarkable treasure in Santa Barbara. He and his team are experts at alterations both small and large. They especially excel in difficult clothing remodels and leatherwork. Tony is really nice and professional. He was able to tailor 2 suits and 2 pants in 7 days. His prices were affordable and he does a nice job. Fyi- His store is a little hard to find from the street since it is tucked away on the second floor.
