I discovered Julianna's Luxe at a fashion show they organized in San Francisco, and I was impressed by their selection. I purchased a few items, some of which still had their original tags!! Jan helped personally style a full bridesmaid look for my very best friend's wedding. She even had it altered to fit me perfectly next door. She takes my style and runs with it. Because she has gotten to know me, and listens. This is shopping that simply doesn't exist anymore, and if I can afford it. So can you! Her price point is a steal for her collection. I found this boutique through word of mouth. A couple of my friends went there, so I decided to give it a try and check the place out.

First impression, the place is very small and compressed. I feel like there is so much stuff everywhere. I easily felt overwhelmed with it. The place is so busy looking that I couldn't handle it, i left instantly.

I wished this small boutique could find a balance where theres items in it, but not to the point that it felt crowded and consumers like me would feel overwhelmed immediately. There's just too much stuff everywhere, and i feel like there's room for us consumers to even come in a group or walk.

Again, this is not to bash the business. Take it with a grain of salt. I would probably not overfill your store with too many consignment items and try to limit it so we consumers will not get easily overwhelmed, especially since you're just in a small place.
