I’ve been a customer at JW Bennett for years and every time I’m in the store, each hat experience is better than the next! Both Kelly and Cortney have helped me with customizing each of my hats and I cannot leave the house without wearing one of my hats because of their suggestions! My hats are also one of my best networking tools because if someone sees me wearing a JW Bennett hat, they always feel compelled to strike up a conversation with me regarding my hat! In town from Houston and I was looking for a unique Style and Local Made Western Hat. I found this charm store with the iconic Teton Mountain Logo on the side and the quality was top notch. Maria and Kelly provided great customer service a rarity in these days even so that my wife and I went back the next day and she picked out one of her own and Maria remember my name!!! If you want a high quality western hat, locally made and women own if I may this is the place.

Simply WOW! I am a huge supporter of local small business and women owned business and before my very first trip to Jackson Hole, I did a little research. On a ski trip to Jackson Hole and decided to pop in to browse these hats. Beautifully unique isn’t even a fair description! These hats are such pieces of art on their own even before you customize your individual hat.
Maria was so patient and knowledgeable. She picked up on my personal style quickly and helped me create my one of a kind!

What an amazing experience from Kelly, Maria, Hillary and Mallory!!! Their service, guidance and patience were top notch. The hat quality, fitting and customization was worth every penny spent!! The only place to buy a hat in Jackson Hole is JW Bennett!!

We had just gone into the store to have a look around had no plans to purchase a hat. However, after looking around at such beautiful hats, I had to try a few on. Maria was an excellent source of knowledge and was so very kind not trying to sell us anything. She was a pleasure to work with, and although I almost purchased the hat, I decided to think about it as it was quite the investment. The following day I went back and although Maria was not working, I had texted her to tell her I was going to purchase it and when I went to the store, she told me I would be working with Alex who was also a delight to deal with so I purchased my hat and I couldn’t be happier with not only the hat itself, the fact that it’s so well-made and so beautiful but with my fabulous sales managers, both Maria and Alex - thank you both very much!!
