Staff was super cool and got me fitted for a helmet and checked me out really quick. They were very transparent about the equipment and the transaction. It was also way quicker than going to a third party vendor for the helmet.

First and foremost, I love to support my local businesses. Secondly, I love the fact that I can pick up my helmet and talk to the man behind the design. These people have been doing this Protectives stuff for a long time if there is anybody I want protecting my dome it is them.

My daughter (8 years old) crashed and broke the visor off. I emailed customer service, and Mike was really helpful! I snapped some pictures of the visor and the size labels at his request and he followed up nearly immediately. He even offered to replace the entire helmet. Since I had seen the crash, I did not feel that the impact was sufficient to replace it, so I just asked if they could send the replacement visor and hardware. It arrived two days later and my daughter was really excited. So fast. So efficient. An honorable company.

I had bought a pair of Strike Knee and Elbow guards and absolutely fell in love with the quality. However, I bought a bigger size unfortunately was not fully enjoying the product. I reached out to their Customer Support email and they took care of me and understood my problem. I'm a loyal customer now and will return to buy more products in the future.
