Follow up: I went back today 9/14/24 because I was sold what I was told repeatedly was the same exact size band with diamonds $1,000.00 and the Manager Tania A. refused to refund or replace. She kept insinuating that it was the exact same sku despite the smaller, thinner, and smaller diamonds....I'm furious!!!! I was scammed! Overpaid toda, and unable to return. I went to Sams Club and found a much larger cross and longer necklace and much nicer for $149 and $8.99 for the warranty.... I am so angry😖 See size next to dime. Paid $375.00 included warranty. I'm not happy at all!

Update: I also purchased a ring the same day, and I am furious that I overpaid. I was convinced that I got a deal, and not only did I overpay for both this week... I can't return them... I can only exchange for overpriced jewelry!!!! Negative ZERO STARS! I sent an email to corporate, and as of today, I have not had a response! AVOID KEVIN JEWELERS!!!

Amazing service Lizeth worked with me I had a very specific necklace I was looking for I couldn’t find it genuinely anywhere else but she worked with me and helped me find it. All the other places I went to weren’t even close to as helpful as her! This is how a salesperson should be kind hearted and genuine! Really helped me and worked with my budget too!
