Derek Hairston was our salesperson and he was Awesome! We came in not knowing where we stood as far as purchasing a car, 20 minutes in we had found a SUV that my wife loved and less than an hour later thanks to great work by a great team we were leaving the lot with my wife driving her new Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I can't say enough about how well we were treated and the professionalism shown by all of lthe staff,. After listening to all the commercials about how much they can help you about they can work with any credit about how they take any trade-ins so after dealing with so many car dealers and not been successful I decided to give them a go because they give you a false sense of hope! So after working a long week I finally get time on Friday to take a small trip to Pilot Mountain I got all my paycheck stubs together my bills together and my ID because they said that's what they needed and they pretty much guaranteed me that I would be riding off I told them my credit wasn't the best up front and I let them know everything up front well needless to say when I got there I was there for a couple of hours. They took all my information initially then took me outside let me pick out a truck test drive it and everything. After that was done they brought me back in the building had me waiting a little while longer only to tell me the same thing I told them before I drove all the way to Pilot Mountain! Then they kept asking me for a cosigner if I had a cosigner then I would have brought them with me I didn't have a cosigner. The next option was hitting me with a high outrageous down payment that I didn't have! When did all boils down to it it's just a bunch of lies to get you there on the commercials on the radio it's not the truth! I'm a single dad that drives a 1988 car with no heat and no air! My bills are paid and my kids are absolutely great. But I was trying to get a pickup truck with heat and air first of all also because I am a coach of multiple Sports and also as I stated before I'm a single dad. So just trying to get something a little more comfortable for me and my kids to ride in! I shared this with them because their commercial says they don't deal with the credit score they deal with the person! So now my credit is worse because I have a hard hit to my credit because car dealerships don't care they just drag your credit through the mud and I told them I was trying to repair my credit. I thought they really had something for me but they are so misleading and I just want to let everyone else know before they have to deal with the same situation. All smiles when you walk in the door, but if you don't qualify, you get ignored and brushed off so quickly. The only thing they sold me was a dream!!!!!!

Go see Dillan Montgomery at this location on Cook School Road! He went above and beyond to make sure that I left there with my new Jeep Renegade! After I posted this, I read a few of the other reviews saying that they would not take anything on trade. That is a lie. They took my Volkswagen beetle that would not even start so I couldn’t even drive it to the lot. The starter relay had gone out of it at the bank. But they still took it as trade. They even gave me $100 more for it than what I paid for it. . My down payment was $2500 but I drove away in a beautiful car and they went above and beyond to make sure that happened.
