Went to this store to buy Cooked Chicken Wings. They used to be very good under old ownership. This time I asked the person serving us if the wings were old, and she stated that they were fresh. Well, I purchased several pounds of them to get home (30-Min drive) to find out they were old and hard as a rock. Total waste of money and time! I called back to the store to complain about them and get a refund but had to go back with the receipt to get a refund which they were happy to do.
The only problem is that one of my dinner guests broke his denture on the wings because they were so hard. Owner refused to acknowledge his responsibility for selling old garbage food. Which seems to be the norm for this location. Read other reviews on out-dated food being sold.
Now, I was trying to be polite, but I am forced to proceed through the courts on a small claims matter. Dentures are expensive, and this is the problem with the law in Pennsylvania and product responsibility. Not to mention NO MILFORD PA ATTORNEY'S WOULD DARE CHALLENGE A LOCAL BUSINESS. I did manage to find an Attorney OUT OF STATE that took the case and well Mr. Key Foods, I will see you in Court!
Stay away from this location because it has a reputation of bad food and selling old, out-dated foods!

This store is located in a beautiful and quiet town. Telephone communication in the area of the store is unstable, calls do not always pass, and the situation with the Internet is even worse - you need to look for a place where there is service. The store has a very good selection of products offered. Normal prices, friendly staff. But the toilet in this store looks very untidy, unfortunately. And it is desirable to fix it.

Everyone here is so friendly, great selection, lots of room, and some of the most unique/international food items. We don't live nearby this store. We try to shop here as often as we can. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

A few good selections, good sale prices, some unique items, and very good customer service. Most of the items were a tad pricy so I can't see making it my primary grocery store. But I definitely will stop in now and then.

Nice local store for small purchases (because prices are on the higher side). I love going here for snackies because they have lots of European options which is great because they ban gmos and artificial food dyes over there. I wish they would create a natural food sections because it is sorely needed in Milford and people would definitely pay the premium!

Stopped in to see if they had the rooster bottle sriracha sauce which they did not. Right now store is doing an overhaul and in the clearance section, I saw they had bottles of Tabasco brand for sale by a tag on the shelf, but they were sold out. It is a enjoyable place to browse and the store is adorable. We did buy some clearance items we could use. The cashier was a funny young guy. Much pricier on many items than I am accustomed to but prices are on the rise everywhere.
