Clean place, friendly staff, but chicken clearly fried in unchanged oil, dark brown, old- smelling, fries had the texture of cardboard and I ended up throwing out most of my meal. Atmosphere gets 3 stars for the tweaker that was standing out side having conversations with the empty cars in the parking lot

Food being made with no gloves after touching money, taking breaks, and going to the restroom. Restaurant is filthy. Beyond unsanitary in every corner of view. Bathroom hasn’t been tended to in weeks. No paper towels to even wash hands. I’ve never seen anything like it.

I would say 40 min for a bucket of chicken is a little crazy with only one car in the parking lot I would say don't go save your money and go get it anywhere else

We get early lunch from here occasionally, and opening/closing procedures need to be overhauled. Closing shift never cleans or takes trash out or fills things apparently. Every morning that I go in either they have to open late because they are behind or if they are open at the posted times. It’s disgusting inside. Literal chunks of chicken still on tables, napkins on the floor, empty lids for drinks, full trash cans. A store should open and be already clean and stocked up from the night before. Seems the boss or upper management needs a kick in the rear.

Order food on the app for pickup at 9:30 pm. Arrived on time to find the whole kfc crew outside at a vehicle and no order ready. Was told to pull up while they get my order ready.got my food at 9:48pm leaving me with 12 min left on my break at work. Ive had better service in a 3rd world country. Well done KFC...keep up the good work

I haven't been here in years so I thought this would be a good place to go. Chicken was good, but it was not the extra crispy I was use to getting. Seemed like normal breaded chicken to me. Had to ask for plates. Unsweetened tea tasted old.
I wish they would get the buffet opened back up.

What has happened to KFC gizzards. They don't seem to have them anywhere.

Ran out of chicken at 1 in the afternoon. Girl taking the order told us there was chicken ready waited 10 min before asking for our money back. She then shut the window, no explanation or effort. I had to call from the drive through to talk to anyone. Robert, I guess the manager gave us 10 percent off our next visit. It's a chicken restaurant there should be a continous amount of chicken cooking through the lunch rush. Right?

The manager Mike, I'd the best. Quick to address concerns of his customers, and very friendly and professional. Wish yall would hire more people like Manager Mike. Because of Mike my wife and myself will be regular customers for years to come, unless Mike quits,lol.
