Scheduling my maintenance service appointment was easy. The scheduler was friendly and worked with my personal schedule to set up either a wait or pick up/delivery appointment. When I arrived, the person greeting me was friendly. The service was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. When my vehicle was done, payment was easy and the use of GMC Reward Points was a great bonus. I will definitely return to Kightlinger Motors for vehicle service and another vehicle purchase.

Such a good experience I sent my mother to deal with them. Seriously. I had a factory related delay and we made a deal that worked out quite well. Glad to have chosen these fine folks.

VENDORS BEWARE!!
Right Before Christmas!!
I have waited years for Joe Kightlinger to pay me the $3,000 owed to me for the camera systems throughout his buildings installed in Coudersport and still have his and his GM John Lennox communications refusing payment. They are happy to donate to charities but not pay small businesses what they are owed. I literally paid out of pocket for several people and myself to install several camera systems. Never paid for the install.

I have the email from Mr Lennox that the "Damage was a scuff on the walls" and I was not given a chance to clean it up because your people needed to go home for the day and I also have the emails where I was told that I would be contacted when my crew would be able to come back then instead another email stating that I was no longer needed and you guys would finish the job and send me payment. I wasn't paid ANYTHING for the install. I was blown off during Christmas by you and Mr Lennox, Joe Kightlinger. And I also know people who work there who have told me that all cameras I completed have been up and running since my install. I have done several dealerships and You are the only one who has stiffed my small private business. Only 1 in 20 years!! I used to work at Adelphia, it's a shame you are what's left and other reviews show your mistrust and deception as a business. You want this removed then pay what has been owed. Pay me what I payed my people to put up all the cameras that are up, which is All of the ones I quoted you for. Please share your email chain and show the people your transparency or pay what is rightfully owed to me. And if I did such a horrible job then why did I do cameras for 3 of your employees After that job? That makes zero sense?!

I drove in from Illinois to purchase my truck here. Upon arriving, the truck had all accessories added, washed and ready to go . Can't thank Joe & Rory enough for the top-notch customer service!! I would highly recommend Kightlinger Motors to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle!

I ordered a new truck. My sales representative Travis Brown was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me updated the entire time, was fair with my trade in and overall a great guy. The dealer was clean, well organized and put off that “home town” feel in which I loved. I even got to meet the owner! Thank you Kightlinger for the great experience!

Worst customer service ever. Bought a 2015 truck at the end of december. Couple weeks later started having problems. Truck has been in there shop for 2 weeks now, nobody returns my calls, nobody has told me what is wrong with it. I'm really disappointed. Spending 30k there was good for them. Guess next time I will buy from another dealer.ok this is how I got my truck back after 3 wks. Rim is faded from break dust big scratch dent across headlight n fender. Dent on cab corner. Muffler blowed out. It's time to talk to my lawyer. Service department thought it was a big joke.

Our 26 foot U-Haul got horribly stuck at the cabin we were purchasing. To make matters worse, it was blocking the driveway with my car trapped behind it, leaving us in a panic as we had no way to get to the closing. AAA was no help, and another company was unable to tow a truck that size, but recommended we call Kightlinger. Kimberly was a saint in dealing with my frequent calls on the status of the tow truck, and the truck crew that helped us was fantastic. We were so stressed, but they joked our situation wasn't much of a challenge given what they usually deal with and had the truck free in less than 10 minutes. We managed to make it to the closing only 20 minutes late. A huge thank you to Kimberly and the tow truck crew - I hope we never need a tow again, but if we do, I know who we will call first!
