Klatch Coffee is a well-known gem in the Inland Empire, and for good reason. It's a popular spot that’s often busy, and that’s a testament to the quality of their coffee. I find their coffee to be solid across the board, but I especially love their blended drinks—they’re usually my go-to when I’m in the mood for something refreshing and satisfying. That being said, their specialty coffee is also top-notch.

In terms of flavor, I’d say Klatch leans on the sweeter side, but it’s still very enjoyable. If you’re someone who enjoys a little sweetness in your cup, you'll definitely appreciate what they have to offer. Whether you're a fan of blended drinks or traditional brews, give Klatch a try—you won't be disappointed!

Decent coffee place. It's always busy though and I would say their drinks are a little sugary, but still great. Someone took my drink and I didn't know, but they quickly made me a new one once we realized. Also there's an extra charge of you don't use cash, so use cash to save a little.

Good coffee place, just hope you can go when it's not busy.

Ordered a iced latte and a cold brew with chocolate syrup and got the 1 drink quick. I had to ask for my cold brew since they forgot make it and they forgot to add the chocolate syrup. Cmon heather perry this chino location needs to step it up lol. The San dimas location Is great though. And I left a tip too at this location lol

Vanessa was our server. She was delightful, thoughtful and kind; a real gem in the service business. Our Americanos were perfect, and I can be a bit of a coffee snob. The strawberry spritzer was a great balance. So many times these drinks are to sweet. You could taste the real strawberry. Our banana muffin was freshly out of the oven and had the light crispy top with moist, soft inside. Again, not to sweet. Thank so much Vanessa!

When I went in to get a matcha latte on Monday, January 13 at roughly 7:00 pm, I asked for an extra 2 scoops of matcha powder to be added to my drink. The employee taking my order was extremely judgmental! She made faces at what I was ordering and even said, “we already add a heaping spoon why would you want to add 2 more” in an extremely rude and unprofessional tone. When I reiterated that I wanted the 2 extra scoops the employee rolled her eyes but said okay. While her coworker was making my drinks, the employee was laughing at my order choice, giving me side eyes, making disgusted face, and overall being rude. Eventually, two of this employes’ friends came into the store. This led the employee to start yelling and jumping up and down, running from around the counter to greet them. This would not have been an issue is the store had not been dead silent and filled with people trying to study or get work done. This bothered everyone in the store and was an extremely unprofessional way to act in your place of employment (I don’t know how she got hired here). After receiving my drinks, the employee continued to watch me walk out of the store and stare at me through the window, giving a side-eye, until she could no longer see me. I have had many good experiences at this location and highly recommend going; however, this employee completely ruined my experience today. I also recommend adding 2 extra scoops of matcha powder to your latter if you prefer a stronger matcha flavor.

We were looking for a new spot for coffee in the area and came across Klatch. It’s conveniently located in the shopping area and parking lot was not a problem. Klatch is clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Their coffee costs less than their competitors and tastes great ?

This is a great place to come for a coffee.

Love what they did with the space, it feels more open yet there is more seating. The coffee choices are simple yet offer a good diversity for different tastes. The offer of secure wifi is a first for me, I'm pretty impressed honestly as I've been surfing open wifi all this time hoping I wouldn't catch something nasty. I love the lower volume and relaxing choice of music as too many stores blast your ears out with their overhead radio.
