Always very friendly staff and willing to help. The ring my mother gave me on during her last few days on this earth need a small diamond replaced and cleaned up. They did this in a few days and it is beautiful. I will cherish this ring

Especially nice employees who give excellent service. Beautiful store and selection!! Today I was picking up a charm bracelet they had added a charm to and a bracelet that needed links removed. Last year my husband bought this opal ring for my 80th birthday. Pretty Sweet!

We went to Koser Jewelers to get our wedding bands because we heard and read so many great things. It was our first and only stop on our search, as the experience lived up to all of the great reviews, and even exceeded our expectations. We were helped by Andrea, who made us feel welcome and at ease immediately. Her enthusiasm throughout the process was so contagious, that we knew right away that we wanted to go with this lovely shop.

She worked with us to find something incredibly special and in our price range, and was with us every step of the way. Whether it was picking out our bands, fittings, being the point-of-contact for any questions or concerns we had, Andrea went above and beyond and seemed genuinely pleased to do so. We cannot recommend Koser enough, and will be returning for any and all of our future jewelry needs.

Greeted as we walked in the door to Koser’s. They explained the process of getting our ring resized and appraised along with the different types of appraisals. The entire staff are pleasant , helpful , and easy to deal with. We would definitely use them again in the future for other services and purchases!

I went to get a permanent bracelet and not sure what to expect. The lady was so kind and helpful and explained everything to me. She was awesome! Her knowledge of the bracelets and how they would wear was amazing! She made my bracelet a perfect fit! I love it! Thank you!
