Today I went to the drive thru around 2.00 pm and ordered 3 coffees latte, two with sugar and one caramel latte. They just gave black coffee with no sugar and a very bad caramel latte. On top of that the girl said that they do not put the sugar for the coffee, the customer need to do it themselves, so I requested sugar and they gave me sweetener or something like that and I asked the girl again .for sugar and she said “sorry we don’t have sugar” really? So, I think she understood that I was unhappy and gave me sugar with a very bad attitude. Looks like she is not happy working there, but why she needs to ruin a simple Coffee?, I could not believe a place like that didn’t have sugar. I am making this review because this is the second time they messed my order and last time they also gave only black coffee.😌

I walked into Krispy Kreme at 10 AM, only the second person in line, and was immediately disappointed to find they were out of not just their promotional donuts but also many of their better options. Despite the light crowd—just me and one other party—the experience was chaotic.

The employees seemed disorganized and inattentive, almost as if they didn’t know what they were doing. They’d start helping me with my order, then switch to another customer, and even abandon that to help yet another person. After finally getting my donuts, I was left waiting an additional 15 minutes to check out because they didn’t even notice my box sitting there. Attempts to get their attention were futile—they were wandering around aimlessly, like chickens with their heads cut off.

While Krispy Kreme donuts are undeniably delicious, the level of service makes me question whether the treat is worth the hassle. At this location, it certainly wasn’t.

Oof. These donuts just taste like frying oil. Don't know if they need to change their oil out or what, but yuck. The whole place just smells like oil too.

Also, as many other reviews have stated, out of seasonal/promo donuts. And nearly $4 for a donut?!? No thanks.

This company has a promotion which I understand. However when it comes to being KIND they certainly lack. Of course they WOULD need a promotion like this to get traffic through their doors because they know this business is failing. HAHAHA will be a matter of time before they're gone completely!!!! Their service was so horrendous, and their employees are unfortunately no better. Don't come to this establishment, believe the low rating reviews because the high ones are lies or people they've bribed to make good remarks

We went late at night about 8pm, so of course we weren't expecting super fresh donuts, but at the very least we were expecting to satisfy our sweets craving.
The donuts we had were pretty bland. Not to mention stale, but again... It was towards the end of the day.

They've reduced their menu since the last timeI visited as well so there aren't a lot options.

Krispy Kreme just isn't what it used to be anymore.

Glaze hot donuts straight off the line seems to be where they shine the most, otherwise you're better off going to your local donut shop to get your sugary carb fix.

It's been a while since we purchase krispy Kreme donuts. We visited since they have promotion for $20.23 for 2 boxes of donuts. As soon as we enter, we were greeted by Delano and offered to help us. He was very helpful, nice and very patient. I confirmed with him about the promotion and he said yes.. very happy about his service. Give him a raise. Most likely will buy and visit again. Highly recommended, A+++++++

I very much enjoyed watching the donuts be made through a glass wall, and I appreciated how hopeful the employees were even when they were overwhelmed. I noticed the oil frying the donuts was a very dark brown color, this told me that the oil needs to be replaced because its overused. Overall, this place was fun for my daughter to go to for a Barbie donut

Who doesn't love an amazing donut? This place has been a favorite for a long time. "Hot and fresh" is melt in your mouth amazing! Sadly there was no hot and fresh this visit. I went through the drive thru as the inside was closed. It was about 5 cars in line which was decently fast getting through. The only complaint I really have is that it tasted like the oil is really old. It alters the flavor of the donut itself and kind of ruins it.
They have several options now even mini donuts, donut holes, filled donuts, Maple bars, chocolate bars coffee and drinks. Absolutely love these donuts but I hope they change the oil soon.
